The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) and IHRP jointly held a workshop on 19 Nov 2019 with over 20 HR leaders from the Financial Services Sector to deliberate on changes needed for the Work, Workers and Workplace to enable business transformation in the sector as well as the mindset, competencies and skills that HR needs to realise these changes.
We would like to thank Mr Jason Ho (IHRP-MP), Executive Vice President and Head, Group HR, OCBC for his insightful sharing of OCBC’s workforce transformation journey and Ms Yap Aye Wee (IHRP Professional Practices Committee Member), Senior Vice President and Head of Learning & Development for hosting the session. Our thanks too to IBF for bringing together HR leaders to share their experiences and crowdsource ideas.
The IHRP Workshop is part of the on-going initiatives to help certified professionals learn the best practices and gather insights from industry leading companies, as well as earn Continuing Professional Development hours for recertification.
