Although HR and change management practitioners carefully design and execute change, they are often unsuccessful in sustaining change at the organisational level. From large-scale change management initiatives (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, global expansion, downsizing, technology adoption) to changes at the team level (e.g. project implementations, team leadership transition & integration), people understand and react to change differently because of assumptions and expectations.
At this webinar with Ms. Suman Balani (President ICF Singapore Chapter), participants gained insights to understand the challenges of change management and how coaching could be a powerful tool to support change at the workplace. She shared elements of coaching and how it could help individuals, teams and organisations address resistance, enhance communication and promote resilience in the face of change.
