Mr Jedrick Tan

Chief Executive Officer
Fei Siong Fast Food

Jedrick is currently serving as the CEO of Fei Siong FastFood Pte Ltd (Popeyes Singapore) and Senior Vice President, Group Strategy and Business Development of Fei Siong Group of Companies. Besides spearheading the overall management amidst the expansion plan of Popeyes brand in Singapore, he also anchor the strategy and business development partnership for Fei Siong Group of Companies.

Jedrick will bring experience and expertise from both public and private sectors. Prior to joining Fei Siong, Jedrick served as a public servant for a decade. His last appointment was a secondment to the Singapore National Employer Federation (SNEF) from Workforce Singapore Agency, where he led the National initiative, SkillsFuture for Enterprises Programme; that drove the business transformation and workforce development for enterprises across key Industries.

By streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and creating a more engaging work environment, job redesign can transform our business in the food services sector. At Popeyes Singapore and Fei Siong Group, we implemented a "Cross Training/Deployment Crew" program via our Leadership/Crew Development Centre that redesign their job activities/tasks and cross-train selected employees on all aspects of the job. This allows employees to rotate between different tasks, which helps to reduce boredom and fatigue.”

Mr Hao Shuo

Divisional Director
Manpower Planning & Policy Ministry of Manpower

Hao Shuo is the Divisional Director of the Manpower Planning and Policy Division at Ministry of Manpower. He has more than 10 years of public sector experience covering a wide range of policy issues such as intellectual property, employment practices and workforce planning.

In his current role, Hao Shuo oversees workforce planning, labour market statistics reporting and policy, economic research, and HR sector development. He is responsible for developing policies to help local workers improve their career prospects and resilience to enable them to take on quality jobs with sustainable growth in real incomes, while formulating calibrated foreign workforce policies to ensure complementarity with the local workforce.

Before joining MOM, he completed the MSx Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Master of Science degree from Harvard University and graduated from the University of Chicago.

Mr Yeo Meng Hin

Meng Hin leads the global HR function as Chief Human Resource Officer for Keppel. Keppel is a global asset manager with deep operator capabilities in infrastructure, real estate and connectivity sectors. He has all-rounded exposure and expertise in Regional and International Strategic Human Resource Management experience in both corporate and consulting roles.  In addition, Meng Hin had previously managed business development, logistics, technology and transport operations.

Ms Jenny Tsin

Jenny Tsin is the Co-Head of Wong Partnership’s Employment Practice and a Partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes Practice, Corporate Governance & Compliance Practice and the Corporate & Regulatory Investigations Practice.

Jenny is experienced in all aspects of employment laws, with particular focus on preventing and resolving disputes between employers and employees; and advising clients in respect of their employment related regulatory obligations. On the investigations front, Jenny frequently handles sensitive and complex investigations relating to employee misconduct, conduct which potentially amounts to breaches of sanctions and other financial regulations, privacy breaches, and in landmark cases involving workplace safety breaches. Jenny's dispute resolution experience also spans both litigation and arbitration.

It is thus important, when undertaking JR, to ensure that proper attention is paid to legal considerations. Mr Marcus Lam

Marcus is the Executive Chairman of PwC Singapore and he is with the firm for more than 25 years. Marcus has many years of professional experience providing audit and advisory and consulting services to listed companies, multinational corporations and government agencies across different industries and sectors in Singapore.

Outside of PwC, Marcus is active in the non-profit sectors, he is the Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Polytechnic Board of Governors, a Board of Director of LASALLE College of the Arts and a Council Member of the Singapore National Employers Federation. In addition, he is a Director of the Defence Science and Technology Agency, a Chairman of the Edusave Advisory Council, Ministry of Education and Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board of Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Mr Lam holds a First Class (Honours) Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a practicing member of ISCA and a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).

Mr Tan Wong Tong

Wong Tong is the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of ST Logistics Group. In this role, he works closely with the business leaders to strategise, develop and launch key HR initiatives and programmes to address manpower challenges and issues. As a strong advocate in workforce development, he works in tandem with the business leaders, championing the upskilling and reskilling of ST Logistics’ employees.

Under Wong Tong’s stewardship, ST Logistics was accorded the Skills Award for Employers (The SkillsFuture Award) by the President of Singapore as well as the Human Capital Partnership Award by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for its exemplary HR policies and practices. He also steered the company to be conferred the Workplace learning Organisation Competence (Gold) at the Inaugural National Workplace Learning Certification Award Ceremony 2022 as well as the Learning  and Development with Coaching and Mentoring award.at the  16th Singapore HR Awards 2023.  He was also instrumental in SSG’s appointment of ST Logistics as the SkillsFuture Queen Bee for the Supply Chain Sector in June 2023 to inspire other companies to adopt a culture of continuous learning and development in their workforce

With over 37 years of extensive experience spanning diverse sectors, including manufacturing, precision engineering, construction, higher education, and adult learning in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, Joseph possesses a wealth of practical knowledge. Notably, he has spent approximately 25 years in various high-ranking C-level positions, showcasing his leadership and expertise.

In the last five years, Joseph has played a pivotal role as a change agent, spearheading digital transformation initiatives in Fong's Engineering, focusing on the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies. His contributions have been instrumental in providing guidance, leadership, and mentorship to the Technology & Transformation Office.

Dr Jaclyn Lee

Dr Jaclyn Lee is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Certis Group, overseeing HR functions in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Qatar. With 25+ years of HR experience, she's a thought leader in HR Technology and Analytics. Previously, Jaclyn played a pioneering role as Chief Human Resource Officer at SUTD, establishing key HR infrastructure and talent strategies. Her diverse HR background spans manufacturing, social services, education, technology, and security, with international experience at General Motors and NEC Corporation.

Recognised for her contributions, Jaclyn received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2019 and the Covid Resilience Medal in 2022. She's a notable speaker on HR Analytics and HR Tech, an adjunct faculty at SUTD for Digital HR, and author of two books.

Mr Poon King Wang

Director, Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities
Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)

Poon King Wang is the Chief Strategy Officer at SUTD, and concurrently the Director of the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities at SUTD, where he also heads the Smart Cities Lab and the Future Digital Economies and Digital Societies initiative.

He is on the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s Strong Cities 2030 Network, the Future of Work working group of the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence, the SkillsFuture Research Advisory Panel, and the World Economic Forum’s Expert Network on Cities and Urbanisation.

His team's Future of Work research is recognised in Singapore’s National AI Strategy for helping to build a trusted and progressive environment for AI that balances citizens' interests with corporate innovation. His team's body of work covers collaborations with companies, government agencies, schools, and unions in over 30 industries/sectors across big tech, gig work, manufacturing, professional services, retail, banking/finance, MICE, and international NGOs.

He received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2021 for his contributions.

We collaborated with IMDA/PDPC, to launch Singapore’s first human-centric and industry-agnostic "A Guide to Job Redesign in the Age of AI".  Launched at the Global Partnership in AI (GPAI), the Guide shows how we can use Human x AI x Ethics-centric strategies for job redesign and reskilling. We show how we can build mutually trusted and progressive cultures between employers and employees.”

Mr Sean See

Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Employment and Employability Institute

Mr Sean See is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). He oversees the Corporate & Grant Management Group, which covers Human Resource, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Campus & Admin, Information Technology, Transformation and Grant Management functions.

Sean has more than 20 years of experience, with nearly 12 of those across various roles in Spring Singapore, a government statutory board. He managed the grant, loan and tax schemes to help SMEs develop their capabilities for growth. He also led the development and refinement of grant schemes such as the Enterprise Development Grant and SME Working Capital Loan, amongst others. He partnered government agencies and various financial institutions to roll out assistance schemes for SMEs. Before joining e2i, Sean was the Chief Operating Officer of NTUitive Pte Ltd overseeing corporate functions and corporate governance matters.

Kung Teong Wah, a veteran hotelier with 30 years of experience in Asia's hospitality scene, is the General Manager of PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering. Responsible for overall strategic operations, he leverages his digital transformation expertise to enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency. Committed to empowering colleagues, he fosters authentic, engaging guest experiences. 

He received accolades such as the SkillsFuture Fellowships Award (2022), the Singapore Tourism Award for Outstanding Business Innovation (2022), May Day Award- Labour of Friend 2020 and Medal of Commendation 2022.

Mr Aslam Sarder

Aslam Sardar is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). He has over 20 years of corporate, start-up and NGO experience, leading and managing teams to drive change and transformation. He has worked in various roles such as business development, process improvement, and commercial performance monitoring and reporting in the IT, supply chain and adult education sectors.

Aslam is a member of the Jobs and Skills Advisory Committee (JSAC) in Singapore Business Federation (SBF). He sits on the Board of Tasek Jurong Limited and serves in Taman Jurong as an active community volunteer. Aslam was presented the Public Service Medal during National Day in 2016. Mr Wong has over 20 years of leadership experience in the energy sector and in investment management. He is instrumental in leading Sembcorp’s transformation of its portfolio from brown to green.
 
Mr Wong was the group chief executive officer of Singapore Power (SP Group) from 2012 to 2020. Prior to SP Group, he led investments and project development in his roles at Temasek International and The AES Corporation.
 
Mr Wong is the chairman of SkillsFuture Singapore, and serves on the boards of the National Research Foundation, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and DSO National Laboratories. He is also a board member of China Venture Capital Fund Corporation.
 
Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Information Systems from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Deanna Ong is Chief People Officer and Managing Director at GIC, responsible for Human Resource & Organization, and Corporate Governance for the GIC group. GIC is a global investment management company established to manage the foreign reserves of the Government of Singapore, investing in public equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity and infrastructure assets.
 
As Chief People Officer, Deanna oversees people strategy to attract, develop and retain talent for enterprise performance, seeded with the right values and culture for GIC. As part of the Group Executive Committee, her areas of focus include talent strategy, leadership development, reward and engagement for organization effectiveness. As Company Secretary, she oversees corporate governance and client relations.
 
Deanna was previously Director Finance from 2009 to 2014, where she headed the Finance Group responsible for financial management across GIC’s portfolio, covering financing arrangements for assets, tax planning, investment holding structures, accounting and management of revenue and expenditure.

Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He has published over 200 articles and book chapters and over 30 books. He edited Human Resource Management 1990-1999, served on editorial board of 4 Journal and on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller (16 years), has spoken to large audiences in 90 countries; performed workshops for over half of the Fortune 200; coached successful business leaders, and is a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. He is known for continually learning, turning complex ideas into simple solutions, and creating real value to those he works with in three fields.
 
Organization. With co-authors, he has influenced thinking about modern organizations (Reinventing the Organization) by empirically showing how organization delivers 4 times business results over talent (Victory Through Organization), defined organizations as bundles of capabilities (Organization Capability) and worked to delineate capabilities of talent management (Why of Work; Talent Accelerator), culture change (GE Workout), learning (Learning Organization Capability), and collaboration (Boundaryless Organization).
 
Leadership. With colleagues, he has also articulated the basics of effective leadership (Leadership Code and Results Based Leadership), connected leadership with customers (Leadership Brand), shown how leadership delivers market value (Why the Bottom Line Isn’t), shapes investor expectations with an ability to measure leadership (Leadership Capital Index), and synthesized ways to ensure that leadership aspirations turn into actions (Leadership Sustainability).
 
Human Resources. He and his colleagues have shaped the HR profession and he has been called the “father of modern HR” and “HR thought leader of the decade” by focusing on HR outcomes, governance, competencies, and practices (HR Champions; HR Value Added; HR Transformation; HR Competencies; HR Outside In). He spearheaded a “gift” book on the future of HR (The Rise of HR) distributed to over 1,500,000 HR professionals), in which 70 thought leaders freely shared their insights.

Ms Doris Sohmen-Pao

Doris is Chief Executive Officer of the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). Doris joins HCLI from the Singapore Public Service Division where she was the Director for External Outreach, with a focus on developing relationships and synergies between the public and private sector.
 
Before joining the Singapore Civil Service, Doris was one of the founding leaders of Yale-NUS College. Her first role at the College was the EVP of administration where she set up and oversaw the admissions, finance, human resources, public affairs and grounds and building departments. Her last posting at Yale-NUS was as the EVP for Institutional Projects - a role which covered public affairs, institutional research, alumni affairs and external outreach.
 
Doris’ experience spans industries and geographies. She was the Director of Human Capital at Bain & Company, and before that, the Director of the MBA Program at INSEAD and then at Singapore Management University, where she created and launched the MBA program. She was also briefly at Ngee Ann Polytechnic as a Visiting Lecturer. Her experience also extends to working in multiple media ventures, including an internet start-up, Time Inc. International, Hearst New Media and Price Waterhouse LLP in their telecom and media division. Over the years, she has worked in Hong Kong, London, New York, France and Singapore.
 
Doris graduated with a B.A. in Politics and Environmental Studies from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. She has experience working on a number of boards of educational institutions including Princeton University, United World College (SEA), and the INSEAD Advisory Committee of Southeast Asia. Currently, she serves on the Institute for Human Resource Professionals, Yong Siew Toh Conservatory, and Singapore National Gallery Boards. She is also an EXCO member of the International Women’s Forum Singapore. She is Korean-American.

Internationally recognized for her individual achievements and for the successes of people and organizations under her leadership, Renata is currently responsible for attracting and recruiting thousands of entry-level talent to SAP worldwide and brings her extensive experience from the many years she has served as Head of Human Resources for American and European organizations across Asia Pacific and Japan. Before moving with her family to Singapore in 2011, Renata developed an outstanding career in Latin America, where she held country and regional positions of increased responsibility in Training & Development and Human Resources Business Partnership.

Kwang Cheak is the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
 
He started his career in the Singapore Public Service and spent more than a decade in the Singapore Administrative Service, serving in various appointments in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Manpower and JTC Corporation. He subsequently joined McDonald’s Singapore where he was the Senior Director for Operations, Business Planning and Human Resources, before he became the Assistant Executive Director in the Singapore National Employers Federation. He was also the Director for Human Resources and Talent Development in MOH Holdings Pte Ltd, the holding company for the six public healthcare clusters in Singapore, and the Chief Human Resources Officer at NTUC Fairprice Cooperative Ltd in Singapore.

As the Chief HR Officer and Advisor (Workforce Development) for the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office of Singapore, Peck Kem is responsible for professionalising HR in the public sector of 16 Ministries and more than 60 Statutory Boards.
 
She is also the elected President of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
 
Prior to her current appointment at the PSD, she was the Senior Director for HR & OD for a not for profit organization, The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) based in Geneva, where she was responsible for HR, OD, Legal, Internal Audit and Corporate Administration for the 15 global offices at GAIN.
 
Peck Kem has the unique combination of experience from a quality engineer to manufacturing manager to VP Human resources in the private sector (Tandon, Western Digital, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies & Avago Technologies), a Divisional Director of National HR Division in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower in the public sector, a Senior Director ODHR in GAIN, a not for profit organization based in Geneva to now a Chief HR Officer for the Singapore Public Service Division. This combination has widened her perspective in private, public and NGO sectors, and viewing the leadership from an Asian and European perspective.
 
Peck Kem has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from NTU. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and IHRP Master Professional.

Dr Jaclyn Lee, PhD, IHRP-MP

Dr. Jaclyn Lee is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where she is responsible for managing the Human Capital and Talent Strategy for the university. She also heads the HR Technology and Analytics Function and for the past 10 years has also worked closely with the President and senior leaders in managing the culture and organization development of the university. Jaclyn also holds an appointment as Senior Fellow with the SUTD Academy where she has trained hundreds of HR professionals in the area of data analytics and HR Digital transformation. For her contributions to public service, she was accorded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2019 by the President of Singapore.
 
Prior to SUTD, she was the Senior Vice President, Group Human Resources, responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources for CERTIS, a security services company. One of her key achievements there was successfully managing a very difficult wage re-structuring project that involved thousands of workers. Prior to this, she was the Regional HR Director and HR business expert for NEC Solutions Asia Pacific.
 
Jaclyn is currently sitting on the Professional Practices Committee of IHRP, and she is also the Co-COP leader for HR Analytics. She has spoken in more than 150 conferences locally and globally, and is an author of a book entitled, “Accelerating organization culture change”. She is the recipient of several awards including Outstanding Contribution to HR in 2017 and Best HR Leader, SHRI in 2008. She has Masters Degrees from both Rutgers and SMU and a PhD in Information Systems from Twente University in the Netherlands.

Gloria Chin, IHRP-MP

Gloria Chin has almost three decades of HR experience, both in the private and public sectors. She started her career with the Housing & Development Board and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore before moving to the healthcare industry where she headed the HR function for the National Healthcare Group (NHG) corporate office and thereafter started up a new healthcare cluster, Jurong Health Services (JHS) as its HR Director.

Gloria was HR Director of the National Environment Agency (NEA) from 2011 to 2019. Under her leadership, NEA won more than 40 international and national HR awards and recognition in diversity & inclusion, mature workforce, strategic HR, employee development, employee engagement, workplace health, fair employment and corporate social responsibility. NEA was named the Public Sector Employer of the Year in 2016 by the Human Resources Magazine (Singapore) and clinched the Stevie Gold Award for Employer of the Year (Non-Profit or Government Organisations) in New York in 2018.

Gloria believes in grooming the next generation of HR practitioners. Since 2015, Gloria has been mentoring NUS Arts and Social Sciences undergraduates who are keen in HR as a career. She is also a member of the Public Service Division’s HR Talent Development Committee since 2018. Gloria Chin is a seasoned HR practitioner with almost three decades of experience spanning a spectrum of sectors in the Singapore Public Service including public housing, tax administration and environmental protection. Her achievements cover strategic HR, talent attraction as well as diversity and inclusion. With a heart for low-wage workers, she has contributed substantially to fair employment and mature workforce strategies leading to her being conferred a Medal of Commendation by the National Trade Union Congress in 2019.
 
Prior to her current role overseeing Corporate HR and Corporate Services at the Ministry of Health (MOH), Gloria worked at the National Healthcare Group headquarters from 2007 to 2009 before she started up a new healthcare group, Jurong Health Services from 2009 to 2011. Gloria was five weeks into her current role when the first COVID-19 case landed on Singapore’s shores in January 2020. She steered the corporate functions under her to support MOH which led in the country’s successful COVID-19 pandemic response and management. This included the rapid ramp up and sustenance of workforce capacity and capabilities as well as workforce and workplace business continuity planning and management.
 
Outside of work, Gloria was an active community volunteer with the People’s Association from 2002 to 2012. She was also a Lead Assessor for Business Excellence Award certifications by Enterprise Singapore from 2004 to 2019. Today, she mentors NUS undergraduates who are keen in HR as a career and is also a mentor at the HR Managers Programme run by the Civil Service College. Daisy Chan has 27 years of experience in Human Resource Management and People Development. She brings with her vast work experience that spanned across seven countries (Singapore, Australia, China, UK, Ireland, Vietnam and Malaysia).

Daisy is currently a freelancer for People & Culture Services, where she provides HR advisory and consultancy services. She dedicated more than two decades to progress the HR scene in the transportation industry in Singapore. In her last corporate role, she was the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at ComfortDelgro Corporation Ltd. She drove various initiatives in the areas of organisational development, cost savings, productivity and efficiency, and even served as in-house trainer for HR topics like Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Grievance Management, etc.

Daisy also served on several committees and panels, such as Public Transport Tripartite Committee, Security Cluster Tripartite Committee, LTA Steering Committee for Land Transport Industry Transformation Map, SNEF Industrial Relations Panel and Industrial Arbitration Court–Member of Employer Panel. She also volunteers her time as a Tripartite Mediation Advisor at Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management and does pro bono Mentoring and Training in her capacity as an IHRP Master Professional.

Puay Kheng is the Corporate Development Director of the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) and oversees both Workplace Development and Human Resource.
 
After graduating from NUS with a Engineering Degree, she started her career in Texas Instruments Singapore (TI) as a Product Engineer, before taking on the role of Engineering Section Manager. Puay Kheng then took up the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager, where she oversaw the transition of employees from TI to Micron Semiconductor Asia (MSA). In 2007, Puay Kheng joined the IMFlash Singapore as its HR director. As a new start-up and a member of the site leadership team, she led the development of the HR policies, framework and processes for IMFlash Singapore.
 
Puay Kheng has more than 25 years of HR experience in the private sector. Over this period, she has led the implementation of global HRIS using SAP and People-soft. She is an IHRP-MP and currently serves on the IHRP Assessment & Insights Committee.

Cara Ang is currently the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at AIA Group Limited and is responsible for the development of overall human capital strategies and their implementation across the Group.
 
Prior to joining AIA, Cara was MD and Head of Human Resources of Standard Chartered Bank where she spent more than 10 years and has held a variety of senior regional and global leadership roles based in Singapore and Thailand. Prior to her stint in Standard Chartered Bank, she was the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources Asia for Marsh Asia where she played a key role in shaping and driving the people agenda for the business in Asia.
 
Cara is a seasoned human resources practitioner with a record of success in leading teams to establish and deliver HR interventions that build business performance. A passionate people developer, she enjoys coaching others and is also known as a change champion who will initiate change at the individual and institutional levels.
 
With over 29 years of regional and international experience gained through the diversity of roles positions she has held, Cara has acquired a diverse background that includes startup, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, and change management experience.
 
She has worked across multiple HR disciplines across a spectrum of industries. During her time in Standard Chartered Bank, Marsh Asia, and Intel Asia she had a track record that included a broad coverage in areas of compensation and benefits, recruitment, talent and performance management, learning and development, employee relations, organisation design and generalist functions supporting multiple lines of businesses.

Annella Heytens is the Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC) of Amazon Web Services (AWS). She has over 20 years’ experience in human resources and business management experience with increasing levels of responsibility in human capital management, business management, financial analysis, and compensation and benefits. She provides overall vision, strategic and operational human resource leadership to the company.
 
Prior to AWS, Annella was the Global Chief People Officer of Coca-Cola’s Bottling Investments Group. She joined Coca-Cola from Cisco Systems where she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC). In both roles, she provided HR leadership to the business, align the people strategy and drive the implementation of solutions to enable business performance. She spearheaded multiple business and HR transformations that supported the business growth objectives.
 
Prior to joining Cisco, Annella worked for Willis Towers Watson as the Global Head of Research & Innovation Development located within Global Research and Innovation Services. Before undertaking this role, Heytens roles in Watson Wyatt included: International Practice Leader based in San Francisco, California; Asia Pacific Director of Data Services based in Jakarta, Indonesia; Managing Consultant, Shared Services Center based in Manila, Philippines; and Managing Consultant in Beijing, PRC. Aileen joined Singtel in June 2008 as Group Director, HR. Prior to that, she was Group General Manager, HR at WBL Corporation Limited and VP, Centres of Excellence with Abacus International Pte Ltd.
 
She co-chairs the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) HR Industry Transformation Advisory Panel and is a member of Ministry of Education's Institute for Adult Learning Council, Ministry of Finance's VITAL's Advisory Panel and MOM's Workplace Safety & Health Council. She is also a member of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Board, Singapore University of Social Sciences Board of Trustees, Home Nursing Foundation Board and Health Science Authority Board.
 
Aileen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore. She holds a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University, US. Arina Koh is Director, Human Resource Department of the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore. Arina is responsible for providing professional and operational leadership in the full spectrum of Human Resources, including overseeing Organisational Development & Excellence in the Ministry.
 
Prior to assuming the Human Resources portfolio, she was with the former National Human Capital Office of the Ministry where she led a team of officers to oversee the Ministry’s initiatives at the national level in building human capital and leadership capabilities for Singapore. She also contributed as a team lead in engaging renowned thought leaders such as Professor Dave Ulrich and Professor Robert Sutton in conducting a CEO roundtable that led to the publication of ‘Asian Leadership : What Works’ as part of the Ministry’s efforts in positioning Singapore as a Global Hub for Human Capital Management and Leadership Development, in Asia, for Asia.
 
Arina graduated from the University of Leicester (UK) with BA (Hons) Economics and a Master of Business Administration. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, specifically in Banking, Training and Development, Workforce Development as well as in the Human Resources. Charlton Ong, Vice President, People & Culture and Singapore, is accountable for human capital development for Group Enterprise, the enterprise arm of Singtel Group. Concurrently, he is the country HR lead for Singapore since 2012.
 
Prior to that, he was Vice President of HR for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Asia Pacific region. Over the last 30 years in HR, he has also worked for British Telecom and Honeywell, among others MNCs. During his time with Honeywell, he was primarily based in Shanghai where the Asia Pacific HQ was located.
 
Charlton has always been a strong advocate for labour-management relationship. He believes in open and consultative approach and engages the union proactively for views and inputs on any people initiatives, and keeps his opinions open on their suggestions to improve staff welfare. In recognition of his contribution to the labour movement, he was conferred a May Day Award in 2017.
 
In 2019 and 2021, Charlton was IHRP-SP and IHRP-MP certified respectively. He was a senior assessor of IHRP certification papers, as well as member in the IHRP Engagement & Outreach Committee, Assessment & Insights Committee, Body of Competencies Refresh Project Committee and Business and Financial Acumen CoP Taskforce. Last year, he was part of the IHRP-MOM-WSHC project to deep-dive into Mental Wellbeing at Workplaces. Most recently, he was involved in the review of the new preparatory workbooks for Papers B, C and N.

Datuk Nora is active in her quest to make a difference to empower women. She is the Executive Sponsor for Maybank’s Women Mentor Women Council established in 2013, as well as a Mentor for the ICAEW-TalentCorp Women in Leadership Programme. In 2016, Datuk Nora was awarded the “Beacon of Light” award at the National Women in Leadership Summit organised by the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI) in partnership with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. Datuk Nora also spoke at the Women in Leadership seminar at Oxford University in 2016. The Singapore Management University (SMU) published a Case Study, titled “Maybank: Organisational Transformation through Human Resources” in collaboration with Datuk Nora in 2019. On 31 March 2021, Datuk Nora was conferred the Top 50 Impact Lifetime Achievement Awards for Women Excellence by KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific.
 
Datuk Nora is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Datuk Nora also holds a post-grad certification in Human Resource Development from Cornell University and is a certified Gallup Strengths finder Coach Level II. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. In February 2020, Datuk Nora was conferred the Chartered Banker (CB) by the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Deanna Ong is Chief People Officer and Managing Director at GIC, responsible for Human Resource & Organization, and Corporate Governance for the GIC group. GIC is a global investment management company established to manage the foreign reserves of the Government of Singapore, investing in public equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity and infrastructure assets.
 
As Chief People Officer, Deanna oversees people strategy to attract, develop and retain talent for enterprise performance, seeded with the right values and culture for GIC. As part of the Group Executive Committee, her areas of focus include talent strategy, leadership development, reward and engagement for organization effectiveness. As Company Secretary, she oversees corporate governance and client relations.
 
Deanna was previously Director Finance from 2009 to 2014, where she headed the Finance Group responsible for financial management across GIC’s portfolio, covering financing arrangements for assets, tax planning, investment holding structures, accounting and management of revenue and expenditure.
 
Deanna is a board member of Swiss Re Ltd, and an advisory board member of Nanyang Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and completed the Stanford Executive Programme.
