IHRP Certification Pathways Overview
IHRP offers two pathways to certification:
The current certification pathway for existing HR Professionals who meet the eligibility criteria of 3 years of HR-related work experience at the relevant seniority level and have 150-hours of HR-related training or education.
An alternative pathway to IHRP-CP certification for working professionals who do not meet the eligibility criteria of 3 years of HR-related work experience at the relevant certification level and 150-hours of HR-related training or education.
The programme is made available to the following groups:
- Working Professionals (Non-HR Graduates, PMETs, Junior HR Specialists, HR Admin)
- Fresh HR Graduates

HR knowledge, skills and attributes to excel in their job roles.
