Manager (HR System Management)
You are responsible for continual human resource (HR) process review and system enhancements, as well as ensuring seamless integration between business process requirements and IT capabilities. You also develop communication plans for HR systems implementations, and facilitate discussions with the relevant agencies and stakeholders to address and close business gaps. Your challenge lies in having sound analytical skills with both micro and macro perspectives on policy and system issues.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 2 years’ HR experience. Possession of good interpersonal and communication skills is required. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.

IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus.

HR Manager (Manpower Policy)
You develop, review and promulgate manpower policies and guidelines to attract, recruit, manage, and retain quality people in the organisation. On this, you conduct research, analyse data and trends, consult stakeholders, propose appropriate recommendations for management’s decision, as well as communicate and implement the policies. You also evaluate deviation requests from policy guidelines, provide guidance and advice to HR practitioners on the application of policies, and undertake projects as assigned by management to support the formulation and review of manpower policies in MINDEF/SAF. Your challenge lies in being able to work in a high-tempo and dynamic environment, well-versed in MINDEF/SAF manpower policies, processes and regulations, as well as being keenly aware of organisational developments, key initiatives, industry-wide trends and best market practices.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years’ work experience in human resource. Possession of good analytical, interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills is essential. Having proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and other statistical programmes is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.

IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus.

Executive (Performance Management)
You support the end-to-end administration of performance management (PM) functions and initiatives, and work closely with your managers in a team to ensure that the various pay-outs are paid timely and accurately. In addition, you need to know the PM policies at your fingertips to provide sound advice to stakeholders.

You should preferably have a diploma in human resource (HR) management, with prior HR experience, and are competent in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. You must be meticulous, IT-savy, able to work independently and complete tasks under minimal supervision. Possession of good data collation and processing skills is essential.

IHRP certification is preferred/is a plus.

Executive (Talent Management)
You assist in executing and administering the full spectrum of talent management functions, through the implementation of various talent programmes and initiatives to attract, develop and retain talents in the organisation. These functions include working closely with internal and external stakeholders, organising engagement sessions and events, processing talent deployment cases, as well as maintaining records and information on talents. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of various policies and initiatives, and maintaining accurate and reliable information to ensure that cases are managed correctly.

You should preferably have a diploma, with 2 to 3 years’ work experience in the human resource management field. Possession of strong coordination, communication and time management skills, as well as good interpersonal skills, is essential. You must be meticulous and competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
