HR Manager (Manpower Policy)
You develop, review and promulgate manpower policies and guidelines to attract, recruit, manage, and retain quality people in the organisation. On this, you conduct research, analyse data and trends, consult stakeholders, propose appropriate recommendations for management’s decision, as well as communicate and implement the policies. You also evaluate deviation requests from policy guidelines, provide guidance and advice to HR practitioners on the application of policies, and undertake projects as assigned by management to support the formulation and review of manpower policies in MINDEF/SAF. Your challenge lies in being able to work in a high-tempo and dynamic environment, well-versed in MINDEF/SAF manpower policies, processes and regulations, as well as being keenly aware of organisational developments, key initiatives, industry-wide trends and best market practices.
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years’ work experience in human resource. Possession of good analytical, interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills is essential. Having proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and other statistical programmes is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus.

Senior Facilitator/ Trainer
As a Senior Facilitator/Trainer, your responsibilities include:
- Design training/OD solutions/programmes to meet the needs of prospects and clients (proposals writing, program development, intervention design, etc)
- Contribute to practice development by introducing new tools and methodologies related to one or more of the following areas:
– Change Management
– Team Development
– Leadership Training and
– Customer Experience
- Deliver/facilitate workshops in one or two of the above areas
- Play the role of Project Lead in training projects
- Work as a project team member to design and deliver integrated Business Transformation solutions
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and grow accounts
Requirements:
- ACTA/ ACLP certified
- At least 5 years of training/facilitation experience
- Experienced in and ability to design blended learning will be a strong advantage
- Demonstrated experience in programme design
- Experience in conducting leadership and/or customer experience trainings are an added advantage
- Demonstrate passion in people development
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus.
