The current certification pathway is for existing HR Professionals who meet the eligibility criteria of 3 years of HR-related work experience at the relevant seniority level and have 150-hours of HR-related training or education.

Who is it for?

IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP)

The IHRP-CP is for you if you have more than 3 years of HR experience and responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programmes to deliver HR services and operate the HR function. Consultants at an equivalent experience level whose work is directly relevant to HR are also eligible.

IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP)

The IHRP-SP is for you if you are a seasoned and experienced HR leader with responsibilities for leading a HR function, designing and developing HR policies and programmes, and providing day-to-day guidance to your team for HR service delivery. Consultants at an equivalent experience level whose work is directly relevant to HR are also eligible.

IHRP Master Professional (IHRP-MP)

The IHRP-MP is the pinnacle of the IHRP Certification, providing special recognition for top HR leaders from MNC, Public Sector and Small-Medium Enterprises, who are recognised and well-regarded by the HR community for their active contributions to the HR industry. They make up 1-2 % of our IHRP Certified community.

IHRP Certified Associate (IHRP-CA)

The IHRP-CA is for you if you are a student or a working professional who currently do not meet the eligibility criteria required for IHRP Certified Professionals (IHRP-CP) (i.e. (1) 3 years of HR-related work experience and (2) 150-hours of HR-related training or education).

You will be assessed through:
Competency Assessment: Computer-based assessment comprising of multiple-choice questions for CA Paper

IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP)

You will be assessed through:

Experience Assessment: Online submission of detailed information and documented proof to demonstrate HR at the CP level.

Competency Assessment: Computer based assessment comprising of multiple-choice questions for CP Paper.

IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP)

You will be assessed through:

Experience Assessment: Online submission of detailed information and documented proof to demonstrate HR-related at the SP level.

Competency Assessment: Computer based assessment comprising of multiple-choice questions for Paper A and short-answer questions for SP Paper.

IHRP Master Professional (IHRP-MP)

The IHRP-MP certification is via invitation only, and not available for open application. The IHRP-MP Process is conducted once a year, where IHRP-MP candidates are nominated by Tripartite Partners and current IHRP-MPs and need to be approved by the IHRP Board.

IHRP Master Professional (IHRP-MP)

The IHRP-MP is the pinnacle of the IHRP Certification and initiated via a nomination process by Tripartite Partners and existing IHRP-MPs. The IHRP-MP is for you if you are a senior/ C-level HR leader who is well-regarded by the HR community and have actively contributed back to the HR industry. You would have with responsibilities for strategising and directing the HR management and development agenda at an organisation-wide level, often serving as a trusted business partner to C-level stakeholders.

^ Strategic experience is defined as:

*Experience related to work listed in the Body of Competencies at the certification level, and can include internship/work placements
• 1 year = At least 50% of work in 1 calendar year are HR-related activities that are not operational or administrative work
Operational and administrative work refers to activities such as: payroll management, arranging applicant interviews, scheduling L&D programs, organising and maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, preparing/amending HR documents (e.g., employee contracts, confirmation letters), revising company policy documents, processing employee travels/claims, posting job ads, work pass applications

The IHRP Certification offers 3 stages that encompass a holistic developmental journey. It is designed to help you become a well-rounded HR professional, who is able to demonstrate relevance in up-to-date HR knowledge, competencies and developments.

3 stages of a holistic development journey

STEP 1

Registration. Access the online form to start your application process. You will need to provide detailed personal, employment information, as well as your HR-related work/ education and training for us to review*. You will then be required to upload your NRIC/ Identification, Curriculum Vitae, Reference testimonial.

Online Experience Assessment. Share examples of how you have demonstrated your HR professional skills, knowledge and experience as referenced against the IHRP Body of Competencies (BoC).

<NEW> Graduates of selected HR programmes from IHRP Knowledge Partners can be exempted from the Experience Assessment at IHRP-CP level. To find out which programmes are exempted, please click here
STEP 2

Confirm appointment for Competency Assessment. You will be notified of your outcome for Online Experience Assessment at least one month before your selected assessment date. If the application is successful, you may proceed to confirm your appointment for your Competency Assessment.

Competency Assessment. Take the computer-based assessment. You will be conferred with the IHRP Certification if you successfully meet the requirements of the assessment.

STEP 3

Upon certification, you are encouraged to embark on your continuing professional development (CPD) journey. Your CPD hours, together with testimonial confirming your involvement in HR-related roles and a declaration of compliance to the IHRP Code of Professional Conduct will be required for recertification at the end of 3 years.

A continued investment in learning and development is essential for you to keep ahead of the times and progress in your HR career.

The business, work and HR environments are changing all the time. As an IHRP-certified professional, you need to invest in learning and personal development activities to keep abreast of these changes and continue to support the business.

The CPD hours are necessary for recertification every 3 years. The 90 CPD hours may be accumulated through multi-modal learning opportunities including activities such as accredited courses, self-study, workshops and conferences, e-learning, IHRP Connect mobile platform learning and etc.

Recertification ensures that your skills and experience remain current, and demonstrates your commitment to professional development. To remain IHRP-certified, you will need to go through recertification every 3 years.

Certified HR professionals who wish to extend their certifications are required to submit a recertification application

To recertify, you will need to submit:

  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Supporting documents of continuing professional development activities undertaken (total of 90 hours)
  • Statement of Professional Conduct: Declaration of compliance with the IHRP Code of Professional Conduct
  • HR-related work: Latest up-to-date CV or LinkedIn profile URL

To be an IHRP-certified HR professional, you must comply with and commit to upholding and maintaining the standards and behaviours set out in our Code of Professional Conduct. Complying with the code serves to ensure public confidence in the integrity of our certification.

Code of Professional Conduct has 5 core principles:

1. Integrity

Demonstrating strong moral principles and maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in discharging HR duties and establishing a reputation as a trusted HR professional.

2. Objectivity

Adopting a fair and equitable approach towards HR and business matters, and in doing so, inspiring trust and credibility as a competent HR professional.

3. Professional Competence

Being accountable for your own actions, taking personal ownership for developing and maintaining professional competencies, and keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in HR and adjacent disciplines so as to build credibility as an HR professional.

4. Confidentiality

Adhering to high ethical standards when managing classified and sensitive information and/or private personnel data.

5. People Advocacy

Committing to place People at the heart of HR work, to exercise empathy and compassion when dealing with people, and to develop their potential while in pursuit of organisational goals.

Development Pathway

About the Programme

The 2-year IHRP Certified Associate (IHRP-CA) Programme provides a structured development pathway for new and aspiring HR Professionals towards IHRP-CP professional certification. This dynamic programme equips individuals with both HR knowledge and exposure to industry-leading practices. It also provides professionals and students that are not in HR to have opportunities to learn and apply emerging HR Skills.

The programme is part of IHRP’s Development Pathway targeted at HR Professionals who currently do not meet the eligibility criteria of the Experience Pathway. It is designed to equip IHRP Certified Associates (IHRP-CA) with application of HR knowledge and accelerate their readiness to take on bigger HR roles as an IHRP-Certified Professional (IHRP-CP).

The programme is made available to the following groups:

  • Working Professionals (Non-HR Graduates, PMETs, Junior HR Specialists, HR Admin)
  • Fresh HR Graduates

Pre-qualification. Complete the Foundation Assessment Papers:

Stage 3

Progression to IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) level

  • Paper B – Functional and foundational competencies
  • Experience Assessment – You will need to provide detailed information on your HR experience, as well as your HR-related education and training for us to review.

Accredited training programmes are available to prepare you for the Paper B.

IHRP-CA who successfully attain at least 2 HR skills micro-credentials will be exempted from Experience Assessment.

Mr Wong Kim Yin

Mr Wong has over 20 years of leadership experience in the energy sector and in investment management. He is instrumental in leading Sembcorp’s transformation of its portfolio from brown to green.
 
Mr Wong was the group chief executive officer of Singapore Power (SP Group) from 2012 to 2020. Prior to SP Group, he led investments and project development in his roles at Temasek International and The AES Corporation.
 
Mr Wong is the chairman of SkillsFuture Singapore, and serves on the boards of the National Research Foundation, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and DSO National Laboratories. He is also a board member of China Venture Capital Fund Corporation.
 
Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Information Systems from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr Chong oversees the Group’s human resource, integrated communications, health, safety, security and environment, procurement, and corporate secretariat functions. He helmed senior roles at various global companies such as the Shangri-La Group, Keppel Corporation, Temasek International and Shell (Asia Pacific & Middle East).
 
He is certified as a Master Professional by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals.

Deanna Ong is Chief People Officer and Managing Director at GIC, responsible for Human Resource & Organization, and Corporate Governance for the GIC group. GIC is a global investment management company established to manage the foreign reserves of the Government of Singapore, investing in public equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity and infrastructure assets.
 
As Chief People Officer, Deanna oversees people strategy to attract, develop and retain talent for enterprise performance, seeded with the right values and culture for GIC. As part of the Group Executive Committee, her areas of focus include talent strategy, leadership development, reward and engagement for organization effectiveness. As Company Secretary, she oversees corporate governance and client relations.
 
Deanna was previously Director Finance from 2009 to 2014, where she headed the Finance Group responsible for financial management across GIC’s portfolio, covering financing arrangements for assets, tax planning, investment holding structures, accounting and management of revenue and expenditure.
 
Deanna is a board member of Swiss Re Ltd, and an advisory board member of Nanyang Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and completed the Stanford Executive Programme.

Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He has published over 200 articles and book chapters and over 30 books. He edited Human Resource Management 1990-1999, served on editorial board of 4 Journal and on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller (16 years), has spoken to large audiences in 90 countries; performed workshops for over half of the Fortune 200; coached successful business leaders, and is a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. He is known for continually learning, turning complex ideas into simple solutions, and creating real value to those he works with in three fields.
 
Organization. With co-authors, he has influenced thinking about modern organizations (Reinventing the Organization) by empirically showing how organization delivers 4 times business results over talent (Victory Through Organization), defined organizations as bundles of capabilities (Organization Capability) and worked to delineate capabilities of talent management (Why of Work; Talent Accelerator), culture change (GE Workout), learning (Learning Organization Capability), and collaboration (Boundaryless Organization).
 
Leadership. He spearheaded a “gift” book on the future of HR (The Rise of HR) distributed to over 1,500,000 HR professionals), in which 70 thought leaders freely shared their insights.

Ms Doris Sohmen-Pao

Doris is Chief Executive Officer of the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). Doris joins HCLI from the Singapore Public Service Division where she was the Director for External Outreach, with a focus on developing relationships and synergies between the public and private sector.
 
Before joining the Singapore Civil Service, Doris was one of the founding leaders of Yale-NUS College. Her first role at the College was the EVP of administration where she set up and oversaw the admissions, finance, human resources, public affairs and grounds and building departments. Her last posting at Yale-NUS was as the EVP for Institutional Projects - a role which covered public affairs, institutional research, alumni affairs and external outreach.
 
Doris’ experience spans industries and geographies. She was the Director of Human Capital at Bain & Company, and before that, the Director of the MBA Program at INSEAD and then at Singapore Management University, where she created and launched the MBA program. She was also briefly at Ngee Ann Polytechnic as a Visiting Lecturer. Her experience also extends to working in multiple media ventures, including an internet start-up, Time Inc. International, Hearst New Media and Price Waterhouse LLP in their telecom and media division. Over the years, she has worked in Hong Kong, London, New York, France and Singapore.
 
Doris graduated with a B.A. in Politics and Environmental Studies from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. She has experience working on a number of boards of educational institutions including Princeton University, United World College (SEA), and the INSEAD Advisory Committee of Southeast Asia. Currently, she serves on the Institute for Human Resource Professionals, Yong Siew Toh Conservatory, and Singapore National Gallery Boards. She is also an EXCO member of the International Women’s Forum Singapore. She is Korean-American.

Kwang Cheak is the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
 
He started his career in the Singapore Public Service and spent more than a decade in the Singapore Administrative Service, serving in various appointments in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Manpower and JTC Corporation. He subsequently joined McDonald’s Singapore where he was the Senior Director for Operations, Business Planning and Human Resources, before he became the Assistant Executive Director in the Singapore National Employers Federation. He was also the Director for Human Resources and Talent Development in MOH Holdings Pte Ltd, the holding company for the six public healthcare clusters in Singapore, and the Chief Human Resources Officer at NTUC Fairprice Cooperative Ltd in Singapore.

As the Chief HR Officer and Advisor (Workforce Development) for the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office of Singapore, Peck Kem is responsible for professionalising HR in the public sector of 16 Ministries and more than 60 Statutory Boards.
 
She is also the elected President of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
 
Prior to her current appointment at the PSD, she was the Senior Director for HR & OD for a not for profit organization, The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) based in Geneva, where she was responsible for HR, OD, Legal, Internal Audit and Corporate Administration for the 15 global offices at GAIN.
 
Peck Kem has the unique combination of experience from a quality engineer to manufacturing manager to VP Human resources in the private sector (Tandon, Western Digital, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies & Avago Technologies), a Divisional Director of National HR Division in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower in the public sector, a Senior Director ODHR in GAIN, a not for profit organization based in Geneva to now a Chief HR Officer for the Singapore Public Service Division. This combination has widened her perspective in private, public and NGO sectors, and viewing the leadership from an Asian and European perspective.
 
Peck Kem has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from NTU. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and IHRP Master Professional.

Ms Justina Tan

Justina Tan provides strategic leadership to ensure employees of Changi Airport Group would have the competency and commitment to accomplish the organisation’s business plans and objectives.
 
She has more than 20 years of experience in the airport industry and has held senior positions in various airport business functions from international relations, airline marketing, airport retail and airport consultancy. She was appointed to head the Human Resources function to drive the transformation of the HR function, and has been in the HR field since 2004. She has a passion for organizational development work, and over the years she has drove cultural initiatives, initiated a more structured approach for talent management and leadership development, spearheaded employee engagement efforts, as well as looked into the design of rewards and performance management systems to drive organizational performance. Under her leadership, Changi Airport Group has been recognized in recent years as an employer of choice through various Employer Brand Awards, and recognized by industry partners, including Union partners, through various other awards. Highly adapt at corporate transformation, human capital management and business growth, Alvin enjoys the challenges of solving complex business issues. Both his practical competencies and influential people skills have been well evidenced in various M&A; transformational and corporate development projects that he has personally undertaken. He was also instrumental in conceptualisation & development of a predictive and preventive human capital model that has enabled the identification of talent earlier in their careers and deployment of these talents. As the Executive Director of SHRI, he leads the organisation in partnering government agencies and other HR platforms to drive the adoption of progressive people practices in Singapore through the various academic and advisory services that SHRI provides.
 
Alvin has lived and worked in China, France and Vietnam and has done long term global consulting engagement work where he deepened his international business acumen and an appreciation on the need to have diversity of thought. She started her career with Shell Singapore in 2001 and has been based in the UK and Singapore. During her Shell career, Chee Wei has held roles in HR business-partnering, Talent Management, Organisational Development & Change and taken on regional and global strategic HR lead roles across multiple Shell businesses.
 
As Chairman of the Energy & Utilities Group on the Industrial Relations Panel (IRP) for SNEF, Chee Wei is making a positive impact externally through her contributions in workforce development. Dr Jaclyn Lee, PhD, IHRP-MP

Dr. Jaclyn Lee is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where she is responsible for managing the Human Capital and Talent Strategy for the university. She also heads the HR Technology and Analytics Function and for the past 10 years has also worked closely with the President and senior leaders in managing the culture and organization development of the university. Jaclyn also holds an appointment as Senior Fellow with the SUTD Academy where she has trained hundreds of HR professionals in the area of data analytics and HR Digital transformation. For her contributions to public service, she was accorded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2019 by the President of Singapore.
 
Prior to SUTD, she was the Senior Vice President, Group Human Resources, responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources for CERTIS, a security services company. One of her key achievements there was successfully managing a very difficult wage re-structuring project that involved thousands of workers. Prior to this, she was the Regional HR Director and HR business expert for NEC Solutions Asia Pacific.
 
Jaclyn is currently sitting on the Professional Practices Committee of IHRP, and she is also the Co-COP leader for HR Analytics. She has spoken in more than 150 conferences locally and globally, and is an author of a book entitled, “Accelerating organization culture change”. She is the recipient of several awards including Outstanding Contribution to HR in 2017 and Best HR Leader, SHRI in 2008. Gloria was HR Director of the National Environment Agency (NEA) from 2011 to 2019. Under her leadership, NEA won more than 40 international and national HR awards and recognition in diversity & inclusion, mature workforce, strategic HR, employee development, employee engagement, workplace health, fair employment and corporate social responsibility. NEA was named the Public Sector Employer of the Year in 2016 by the Human Resources Magazine (Singapore) and clinched the Stevie Gold Award for Employer of the Year (Non-Profit or Government Organisations) in New York in 2018.

Gloria believes in grooming the next generation of HR practitioners. Since 2015, Gloria has been mentoring NUS Arts and Social Sciences undergraduates who are keen in HR as a career. Gloria Chin is a seasoned HR practitioner with almost three decades of experience spanning a spectrum of sectors in the Singapore Public Service including public housing, tax administration and environmental protection. Her achievements cover strategic HR, talent attraction as well as diversity and inclusion. With a heart for low-wage workers, she has contributed substantially to fair employment and mature workforce strategies leading to her being conferred a Medal of Commendation by the National Trade Union Congress in 2019.
 
Prior to her current role overseeing Corporate HR and Corporate Services at the Ministry of Health (MOH), Gloria worked at the National Healthcare Group headquarters from 2007 to 2009 before she started up a new healthcare group, Jurong Health Services from 2009 to 2011. Gloria was five weeks into her current role when the first COVID-19 case landed on Singapore’s shores in January 2020. She steered the corporate functions under her to support MOH which led in the country’s successful COVID-19 pandemic response and management. This included the rapid ramp up and sustenance of workforce capacity and capabilities as well as workforce and workplace business continuity planning and management.
 
Outside of work, Gloria was an active community volunteer with the People’s Association from 2002 to 2012. She was also a Lead Assessor for Business Excellence Award certifications by Enterprise Singapore from 2004 to 2019. Today, she mentors NUS undergraduates who are keen in HR as a career and is also a mentor at the HR Managers Programme run by the Civil Service College. Prior to joining AIA, Cara was MD and Head of Human Resources of Standard Chartered Bank where she spent more than 10 years and has held a variety of senior regional and global leadership roles based in Singapore and Thailand. Prior to her stint in Standard Chartered Bank, she was the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources Asia for Marsh Asia where she played a key role in shaping and driving the people agenda for the business in Asia.
 
Cara is a seasoned human resources practitioner with a record of success in leading teams to establish and deliver HR interventions that build business performance. A passionate people developer, she enjoys coaching others and is also known as a change champion who will initiate change at the individual and institutional levels.
 
With over 29 years of regional and international experience gained through the diversity of roles positions she has held, Cara has acquired a diverse background that includes startup, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, and change management experience.
 
She has worked across multiple HR disciplines across a spectrum of industries. During her time in Standard Chartered Bank, Marsh Asia, and Intel Asia she had a track record that included a broad coverage in areas of compensation and benefits, recruitment, talent and performance management, learning and development, employee relations, organisation design and generalist functions supporting multiple lines of businesses.

Annella Heytens is the Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC) of Amazon Web Services (AWS). She has over 20 years’ experience in human resources and business management experience with increasing levels of responsibility in human capital management, business management, financial analysis, and compensation and benefits. She provides overall vision, strategic and operational human resource leadership to the company.
 
Prior to AWS, Annella was the Global Chief People Officer of Coca-Cola’s Bottling Investments Group. She joined Coca-Cola from Cisco Systems where she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC). In both roles, she provided HR leadership to the business, align the people strategy and drive the implementation of solutions to enable business performance. She spearheaded multiple business and HR transformations that supported the business growth objectives.
 
Prior to joining Cisco, Annella worked for Willis Towers Watson as the Global Head of Research & Innovation Development located within Global Research and Innovation Services. Before undertaking this role, Heytens roles in Watson Wyatt included: International Practice Leader based in San Francisco, California; Asia Pacific Director of Data Services based in Jakarta, Indonesia; Managing Consultant, Shared Services Center based in Manila, Philippines; and Managing Consultant in Beijing, PRC. She also held leadership positions at the Coca-Cola Bottling Investments Group, Cisco Systems and Willis Towers Watson.

Aileen Tan, Group Chief HR Officer, is responsible for Singtel Group's human resources development and leads its corporate sustainability function.
 
Aileen joined Singtel in June 2008 as Group Director, HR. Prior to that, she was Group General Manager, HR at WBL Corporation Limited and VP, Centres of Excellence with Abacus International Pte Ltd.
 
She co-chairs the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) HR Industry Transformation Advisory Panel and is a member of Ministry of Education's Institute for Adult Learning Council, Ministry of Finance's VITAL's Advisory Panel and MOM's Workplace Safety & Health Council. She is also a member of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Board, Singapore University of Social Sciences Board of Trustees, Home Nursing Foundation Board and Health Science Authority Board.
 
Aileen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore. She holds a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University, US. She is a pioneer IHRP Master Professional, conferred by the IHRP in recognition of her being a role model for the HR profession. Arina Koh is Director, Human Resource Department of the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore. Arina is responsible for providing professional and operational leadership in the full spectrum of Human Resources, including overseeing Organisational Development & Excellence in the Ministry.
 
Prior to assuming the Human Resources portfolio, she was with the former National Human Capital Office of the Ministry where she led a team of officers to oversee the Ministry’s initiatives at the national level in building human capital and leadership capabilities for Singapore. She also contributed as a team lead in engaging renowned thought leaders such as Professor Dave Ulrich and Professor Robert Sutton in conducting a CEO roundtable that led to the publication of ‘Asian Leadership : What Works’ as part of the Ministry’s efforts in positioning Singapore as a Global Hub for Human Capital Management and Leadership Development, in Asia, for Asia.
 
Arina graduated from the University of Leicester (UK) with BA (Hons) Economics and a Master of Business Administration. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, specifically in Banking, Training and Development, Workforce Development as well as in the Human Resources. Charlton Ong, Vice President, People & Culture and Singapore, is accountable for human capital development for Group Enterprise, the enterprise arm of Singtel Group. Concurrently, he is the country HR lead for Singapore since 2012.
 
Prior to that, he was Vice President of HR for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Asia Pacific region. Over the last 30 years in HR, he has also worked for British Telecom and Honeywell, among others MNCs. During his time with Honeywell, he was primarily based in Shanghai where the Asia Pacific HQ was located.
 
Charlton has always been a strong advocate for labour-management relationship. He believes in open and consultative approach and engages the union proactively for views and inputs on any people initiatives, and keeps his opinions open on their suggestions to improve staff welfare. In recognition of his contribution to the labour movement, he was conferred a May Day Award in 2017.
 
In 2019 and 2021, Charlton was IHRP-SP and IHRP-MP certified respectively. He was a senior assessor of IHRP certification papers, as well as member in the IHRP Engagement & Outreach Committee, Assessment & Insights Committee, Body of Competencies Refresh Project Committee and Business and Financial Acumen CoP Taskforce. Last year, he was part of the IHRP-MOM-WSHC project to deep-dive into Mental Wellbeing at Workplaces. Most recently, he was involved in the review of the new preparatory workbooks for Papers B, C and N.
 
Charlton graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and holds a MBA from the University of Queensland. He was a key member of the ICT Sector Committee, TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA), IMDA between 2016-2021.

Datuk Nora is active in her quest to make a difference to empower women. She is the Executive Sponsor for Maybank’s Women Mentor Women Council established in 2013, as well as a Mentor for the ICAEW-TalentCorp Women in Leadership Programme. In 2016, Datuk Nora was awarded the “Beacon of Light” award at the National Women in Leadership Summit organised by the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI) in partnership with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. Datuk Nora also spoke at the Women in Leadership seminar at Oxford University in 2016. The Singapore Management University (SMU) published a Case Study, titled “Maybank: Organisational Transformation through Human Resources” in collaboration with Datuk Nora in 2019. On 31 March 2021, Datuk Nora was conferred the Top 50 Impact Lifetime Achievement Awards for Women Excellence by KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific.
 
Datuk Nora is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Datuk Nora also holds a post-grad certification in Human Resource Development from Cornell University and is a certified Gallup Strengths finder Coach Level II. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. In February 2020, Datuk Nora was conferred the Chartered Banker (CB) by the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Deanna Ong is Chief People Officer and Managing Director at GIC, responsible for Human Resource & Organization, and Corporate Governance for the GIC group. GIC is a global investment management company established to manage the foreign reserves of the Government of Singapore, investing in public equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity and infrastructure assets.
 
As Chief People Officer, Deanna oversees people strategy to attract, develop and retain talent for enterprise performance, seeded with the right values and culture for GIC. As part of the Group Executive Committee, her areas of focus include talent strategy, leadership development, reward and engagement for organization effectiveness. As Company Secretary, she oversees corporate governance and client relations.
 
Deanna was previously Director Finance from 2009 to 2014, where she headed the Finance Group responsible for financial management across GIC’s portfolio, covering financing arrangements for assets, tax planning, investment holding structures, accounting and management of revenue and expenditure.
