The National HR Young Talent Award is an initiative managed by IHRP on behalf of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). It aims to build Singapore’s local HR talent pool by spurring talented students to greater heights of excellence and to encourage them to pursue a career in the HR profession.

Each participating Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) will nominate their most deserving HR graduating students for the award. The final awardee of each participating IHL will receive a cash prize sponsored by MOM.
