On 9th Nov 2022, IHRP hosted the People Behind People Forum 2022. The event was held at One Farrer Hotel, with more than 300 attendees present onsite. The PBP Forum offered a full-day of learning, discovery and sharing, as we discussed the macro and micro economic trends impacting businesses and the implications for HR professionals as they pivot their people strategies for the future. The theme was "Business@Crossroads: Discover, Uncover and Reimagine Talent".

Guest speakers – Ms. Doris Sohmen-Pao (CEO, HCLI), Ms. Renata Janini Dohmen (IHRP-MP, Global Head Early Career Talent Attraction, SAP) and Mr. Kwang Cheak Tan (IHRP-MP, CEO, AIC) share their insights on the intrinsic link between HR and business, upskilling & reskilling, and the importance of prioritising self-care.
