Enabling Dual Recognition and Tie-ups on Learning and Research
An MOU was signed between the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), enabling certified professionals from respective bodies to enjoy recognition and benefits from both organisations. This comes on the heels of IHRP’s strategic collaboration with the CIPD in 2017 and AHRI last year.
This is a new milestone for IHRP, as we are the youngest HR Professional Body to have entered into strategic collaboration with three international bodies.
In an interactive forum titled “Forging Partnerships to Create Better Workplaces”, the participants joined Mr Mayank Parekh, CEO of IHRP, Mr Johnny C. Taylor, JR., President and CEO of SHRM and Dr Fermin Diez, IHRP Board Member, in exploring the HR profession’s commitment to make our workplace accessible to people from diverse backgrounds and capabilities. The forum was moderated by IHRP-Senior Professional and SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Mr Tham CP.
