The second IHRP Master Professional (MP) conferment for our 6 MPs was held on 8th May in conjunction with the opening event of HRM Asia’s HR Festival 2019.
Once again, we would like to congratulate our 6 new Master Professionals Ms Daisy Chan – Group CHRO of ComfortDelGro, Ms Olivia Chung – Group CHRO, National Healthcare Group, Ms Lee Yan Hong – MD, and Head of Group HR, DBS Bank, Ms Ong Chin Yin, Head of People, Grab, Ms Justina Tan – MD, People, Changi Airport Group, Mr Tan Kok Heng – CHRO, Central Provident Fund Board & Dean CPFB Academy who were conferred at the HR Festival by Minister of State for Manpower Zaqy Mohamad.
In addition, we were glad to see our Master and Senior professionals sharing their expertise as speakers and panellists Peck Kem Low, Chin Yin Ong, Jaclyn Lee PhD and IHRP-MP and Nicole Poon (IHRP-SP) at the event.
On the second day of the event, our CEO, Mayank Parekh, led a power talk sharing on Perspectives on HR Maturity and introduced our new Human Capital Diagnositc Tool.
Finally, we would like to thank our IHRP Ambassadors – Joanne Chong, Alyce Cheong, Irene Woo and Shellen Fun for sharing their certification journey at the IHRP booth during the HR festival. It was indeed inspiring to hear from our IHRP Professionals themselves.
