IHRP is proud to invite you to a Progressive and Inclusive Practices learning journey at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, one of the partners of the Human Capital Partnership (HCP) Programme. They will be sharing their digitally driven, and people centric strategies to create an inclusive workforce consisting of diverse nationalities, age and background. Some key highlights of the sharing includes employment engagement initiatives to create cohesivity for the multigenerational workforce, recruitment and integration of ex-offenders in the workforce, job redesign and flexi work arrangement implementation. Lastly, it includes a workplace tour of Suntec Singapore and a networking session.
Grace Yang is an award-winning HR professional with close to 19 years of experience. Grace is passionate about helping employees achieve their potential. She is an advocate for workplace diversity, innovation and employee wellness and safety. Under her leadership, Suntec Singapore has received numerous HR accolades from the Excellence in Human Resources Recruitment & Retention Strategy, Best Companies to Work for in Asia, NTUC U Safe Sparks Award, Human Capital Partnership Programme by Ministry of Manpower and Plaque of Commendation (Gold by NTUC for cultivating a good working relationship with the organisation’s labour union.
Grace Yang (IHRP-SP) is the Senior Director of Human Resources & Business Solutions for Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.
