IHRP is proud to bring to you our second learning journey to the OCBC campus on the 29th January 2019.
In our first learning journey to OCBC held in August 2017, the Human Resources Team of OCBC conducted an exclusive workshop for our certified professionals and shared about the competencies of its HR team as well as its L&D strategies.
The second learning journey to OCBC includes a guided tour of the OCBC campus and a sharing on the topic of People Analytics by Mr Deepak Bansal, VP, People Analytics.
Deepak currently spearheads the HR Analytics practice at OCBC Bank. HR Analytics at OCBC Bank focuses on supporting the “data based decision making” mantra for various stakeholders within HR, spanning across the HR business partners and also other corporate HR functions (C&B, L&D, Recruitment etc.). Being curious, Deepak is always on a roll for learning and knowing new things. Deepak is an avid traveller, likes cycling, running, and has a knack for learning new languages.
Deepak is a seasoned analytics professional with wide experience in the industry as well as management consulting spread across different stages of his career. He has worked on projects in various industries, in different markets and has more than 10 years of Analytics experience.

Closing Date for Registration: 18 January 2019. Due to limited seats, do note that registration is based on first come, first served basis. The registration link will only be available in the People Analytics Community page on IHRP-Connect.
A confirmation email will be sent to successfully registered participants by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) at a later date. You will be awarded 1.5 CPD hours for the learning journey.
