Two of our IHRP-MPs, Carmen Wee (previous Group CHRO at a Temasek-linked Company) and Justina Tan (Managing Director of People, Changi Airport Group) were featured as esteemed panelists at the recent HCLI research report launch on 7 November 2019. The research report entitled ‘Human Capital Prisms’, explores what capabilities HR leaders need now and in the future.
The panel was moderated by HCLI’s CEO, Michael Jenkins, who is also one of IHRP’s Board members. Panelists discussed the shift in mindset required in the new world of work, and shared their organisation practices for building a culture of innovation and experimentation. It was a wonderful evening of networking, insights and discussion to explore the latest HR trends.
