IHRP is proud to bring to you our third IHRP learning journey to the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) at the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability on 16th July 2018.
TADM is a tripartite agency managing employment disputes in Singapore, endorsed by Ministry of Manpower (MOM). TADM took over employment dispute resolution functions previously managed by the MOM’s Labour Court. It offers a wider range of services including advisory and mediation in the management of employment disputes
In partnership with TADM, IHRP will be conducting a sharing-cum-recruitment session for tripartite meditation. This event will include a network and dialogue session with TADM Deputy Director, Mr Lau Weng Hong, on upcoming employment law changes and emerging trends in employment disputes. To top it off, the icing on the cake for this learning journey includes a guided tour at the new TADM office.
