4pm – 4.20pm Aileen Tan
Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Singtel
As the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of the Singtel Group, Aileen is responsible for the development of HR across the Group in offices within Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA, employing more than 23,000 staff worldwide.

Day 2 – 10th May

10.40am – 11am Robert Chong
Director, Group Human Resources, Keppel Corporation Ltd
Robert Chong is a seasoned HR Professional with almost 30 years of HR experience across different industries, cultures and geographies. Having played different global, regional and country roles (Temasek, Shell, Pepsico and AsiaPacific breweries), Robert has commendably developed and implemented organisation changes and HR transformations over the years.
12.30pm – 12.50pm Tan Kwang Cheak,
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore)
At his previous role as Chief HR Officer at NTUC Fairprice, Kwang Cheak led the full spectrum of HR functions – from workforce planning, HR partnering, talent acquisition, management, development and staff engagement for the over 10,000 staff of NTUC Fairprice and its subsidiaries of Cheers and Grocery Logistics of Singapore.
3.30pm – 3.50pm Chia Puay Kheng
Corporate Development Director
Ministry of Communications and Information
As Director for Corporate Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI), Puay Kheng oversees the functions of human resource, organization development, central procurement, corporate administration and estate management.
