- Perform daily HR duties such as On-boarding/Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation, etc
- Administer employee’s records and ensure required personal documents are in place
- Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card, and other required ID card processing
- Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment, resignation, etc along with respective administration
- Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances
- Provide response to employee’s enquires on HR-related matters
- Coordinate with cross-functional team to facilitate payroll processing
- Prepare HR reports and meeting related material
- Contribute to the Process Improvement Project, events, function, etc
- Provide support on HR initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when being assigned by the supervisor
- Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience referred
- Experience in the Security Industry advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced Unit4 Prosoft and SAP HR user/administrator preferred
- Meticulous and resilient on high volume assignments
- Highly adaptable to change in a dynamic working environment
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive mindset
- Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
- IHRP Certification Preferred
