HR Assistant
Responsibilities
The HR Assistant is responsible for the execution of the HR operational activities to ensure business needs are met at optimal efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations.
• Liaise with stakeholders and other sub-contractors on the collation of employees’ data for the various projects
• Ensure data accuracy before submission to government authorities
• Liaise with the various vendors to ensure smooth operational processes throughout the projects
• Prepare service agreements and billing documentations for subcontractors
• Provide timely update to the stakeholders and sub-contractors on the status throughout the project
• Provide advice and guidance to the subcontractors on the updated regulations by the government authorities

• Able to improve the efficiency and consistency of HR processes across the HR team
• Able to review and improve the various work processes to enhance execution efficiency
Qualifications
• Education:  Minimum ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
• Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement
• IHRP Certification Preferred
