- Attract talent and match jobseekers to their dream careers;
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job postings and interviews,
- Provide strategic HR advice and fulfil client requirements;
- Finalize hiring and position details with selected candidates to prepare conditional offer letter for pre-onboarding;
- Coordinate with Operations and Human Resource teams on other onboarding activities such as background check processing as well as access and/or client-specific paperwork such as tax withholding documents, employee handbook acknowledgements, completion of availability/schedule sheets, etc.
- Must possess at least a Diploma or relevant
- Has an eye for talent
- Has previous sales experience (Will be advantageous in this role)
- Is enthusiastic and possesses a growth mindset to grow the business
- Excels in a fast-paced environment, self-driven and works well under pressure as an individual as well as in a team.
- Entry level candidates welcome, as training will be provided.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree
- IHRP Certification Preferred
