Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities

Drive the overall talent acquisition activities;

Qualify candidates through interviews, psychometric assessment and written test for talent fit;

Proactive in sourcing for candidates to fill existing vacancies and continually building a talent pipeline;

Recommend new channels of sourcing and best practices for effective talent acquisitions;

Engage applicants constantly to ensure the right candidates selected.

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment & selection process for the right candidates;

Support in talent forecast and manpower budgeting;
-
Submission of monthly reports not limited to recruitment;
-
Keep abreast of the latest innovation for talent acquisitions techniques;
- Ensure all statutory compliance and regulatory guidelines are met for recruitment activities.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate recruitment ;
-
Prior experience in conducting on-campus recruitment and participation in career fairs;
-
Resourceful and success driven individual;
-
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment;
-
Candidates with good experiences will be considered for higher position.
- IHRP Certification Preferred
