Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall talent acquisition activities;
  • Qualify candidates through interviews, psychometric assessment and written test for talent fit;
  • Proactive in sourcing for candidates to fill existing vacancies and continually building a talent pipeline;
  • Recommend new channels of sourcing and best practices for effective talent acquisitions;
  • Engage applicants constantly to ensure  the right  candidates  selected.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment & selection process for the right candidates;
  • Support in talent forecast and manpower budgeting;
  • Submission of monthly reports not limited to recruitment;
  • Keep abreast of the latest innovation for talent acquisitions techniques;
  • Ensure all statutory compliance and regulatory guidelines are met for recruitment activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate recruitment ;
  • Prior experience in conducting on-campus recruitment and participation in career fairs;
  • Resourceful and success driven individual;
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Candidates with good experiences will be considered for higher position.
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
