Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation & benefits

• Leading a team and provide optimal operation support

• Implementing new HR system and policy to ensure process improvement

• Drive HR strategies in achieving the business goals and success

• Responsible in maintaining of Human Resource Database system

• Responsible in ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, government legislation and to keep abreast of latest updates

• Deliver consultation in development and implementation of human resource policies

• Implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and performance management process through close partnership with key stakeholders

• Responsible in performing any other matters and ad-hoc projects that may surface as instructed by the superior

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

• At least 10 years' relevant experience

• Possess supervisory experiences

• IHRP Certification Preferred
