As part of the Human Capital team, you will assist to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, hire and on-board suitable talents. You will be actively involved in end to end recruitment process to ensure that job openings are filled in a timely manner. In addition, you will engage new employees through on-boarding, support learning & development activities as well as undertake HR projects and initiatives in building our Workplace for the Future. By gaining exposure in various aspects of HR, you will be well-positioned to progress towards the role of HR Business Partner.
- Degree in any discipline, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience which includes recruitment and/or talent engagement
- IHRP certification preferred
- Meticulous, resourceful and self-driven with good organization skills
- Digitally savvy with keen interest in HR analytics and employer branding
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Practical knowledge of the Employment Act and other manpower-related legislations, current and emerging HR trends and practices
