You support MINDEF/SAF's recruitment efforts. On this, you source, identify, interview and hire the most-suited candidates while taking into consideration candidates' career aspirations and hiring organisations' requirements, as well as ensuring optimal job and organisation fit. Your challenge lies in balancing the need for corporate governance while providing customer service and having to work closely with many parties in a highly time-sensitive environment.
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in business administration, business studies, psychology or sociology. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
IHRP Certification is preferred/is a plus.
