Description
  • Programme champion to design and implementation long-term talent frameworks, programs and processes to drive business transformation and growth. Set talent agenda and priorities for Keppel Land HQ and regional offices.
  • Ensure healthy bench strength by supporting senior management in identification of high potential and high performing individuals for succession plans. Facilitate discussion on developmental needs of high potential individuals to enhance succession readiness
  • Manage and facilitate the performance review framework and processes
  • Foster growth mindset amongst employee and support learning culture by promoting continuous learning and professional development leveraging on various learning platforms
  • Develop in-house training programme, and collaborate with external partners and industry practitioners to meet functional and professional development needs
  • Active involvement in shaping organisation culture from the angle of talent identification, leadership development and organizational development.
  • Develop communication and training materials to address employees on rationale of revision to policies and framework
  • Drive green harvesting talent acquisition efforts through Management Associate Programme and Keppel Internship Programme
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders and COE to implement new talent initiatives that will build talent capability, enhance self-directed career planning and facilitate greater internal mobility across Keppel Land.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, economics or a related field
  • Relevant experience of at least 8 years of experience in human resource management/ development
  • Comfortable in using HRIS system (ie. Workday)
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
