Head, Learning (Centre of Excellence)
Description
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join us as Head of Learning. You will be responsible for identifying learning needs, formulating, and executing strategies to drive learning excellence across Keppel Group in multiple geographies. You are instrumental in equipping our Keppelites with future-ready skills, knowledge, and capabilities to take Keppel to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and formulate learning strategies to strengthen existing and build new capabilities to support the next phase of Keppel's growth, building on the OneKeppel Learning Strategy.
- Develop policies and programs, in collaboration with business HR leaders and other stakeholders, to nurture the next generation of leaders who are well-grounded in Keppel values.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate learning and development solutions that reflect and support business priorities and needs in alignment with Group Strategy.
- Lead efforts to define learning objectives and requirements, set and drive delivery standards e.g., through learning metrics.
- Leverage technology to promote a self-directed, continuous, on-demand learning culture.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deploy and share best practices across multiple programmes.
- Oversee learning management systems and learning experience platforms.
- Drive best practices in performance management and encourage a culture of continuous performance conversations and feedback between supervisor and employee.
- Take charge of related communication material before it is sent enterprise-wide to ensure professional standards are met.
- Review service level agreements with business units to manage customer expectations.
- Manage budgets for learning teams and programs.
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping people learn and realise their full potential.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of scalable learning solutions.
- Strong business acumen with extensive corporate experience in introducing and managing learning interventions across multiple stakeholders and in large organisations.
- Strategic thinker and hands-on manager.
- Experience in organisation development, talent management and employee engagement. Familiar with agile and design thinking.
- Technologically savvy. Strong project management, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong team player.
- Degree in any discipline. IHRP certification preferred.
