- Provide direct consultative partnering and HR advisory support to the line managers
- Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle – from talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations issues, performance management to offboarding
- Serve as main point of contact for employees' issues and grievances
- Support organisational development and employees’ engagement programmes and initiatives
- Drive annual performance review and process
- Work closely with HR Services team in reviewing, developing, implementing and administering new policies and benefits programmes and with Jurong Port Academy team in training and employee development matters.
- Initiate and execute projects for process improvement and/or system enhancements
- 5 years of relevant experience as a HR business partner/HR generalist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on with good analytical skills
- Positive work attitude and a keen learner with a 'can-do' mind set
- Proficient in Ms Excel and Powerpoint
- IHRP Certification Preferred
