Responsibilities

What this job involves:

Articulating Innovative People Solutions

Our business teams are wizards when it comes to CRE services.  But are they as well versed in Human Capital Management? In this role, YOU will be the subject matter expert in people.

Supporting the business bid  team, you will engineer and present best in class people solutions to our new Corporate Real Estate clients.   You will be the missing part of the puzzle in the client pitch, contributing on the structure and resourcing of an account, timescales, costs, transitions and any other personnel related queries.  You will also help build HR transformation strategy for our  existing client groups as we deliver to transformation goals of the business. Your client-focused outlook will make you an invaluable and essential part of the team.

Transition Management

Are you a change champion? Do you understand the importance of engagement? Do you have strong project management and outsourcing transitions expertise? Do you understand commercial contracting models, KPI’s and have a good understanding of the APAC landscape?  Transitions can be tricky.  Understanding this, you will conceptualise and implement robust transition plans to mitigate any risks and contribute to the smooth handover of the account.  Included in this, will be a communication process to ensure all stakeholders have a vehicle for discussion and feedback.

Productising our Offering

What’s your response rate?  Speed of response is important in any pitch – as is good quality product.  Your passion for people and transition will be obvious when you create a library of outstanding presentation content.  Covering all aspects of our offering, your creations will be easy to tailor for each new client’s expectations. Strong collaboration and partnering skills with Centres of Excellence across Talent, Rewards and Operations is critical, as well as the ability to expertly navigate a matrix organization and deliver seamlessly across teams and functions.

Improving the Process

What value do you place on a process map?  Driving operational efficiency, you will review and document the entire pitch and transition process and drive improvements in experience, efficiency and effectiveness.

HR Business Partner to our Global teams operating in APAC

Are you a strong HR Business Partner who can effectively collaborate with business leaders in developing the Talent and people strategies aligned to the business strategy? Can you effectively navigate a matrixed organization, work across multiple cultures prevalent across APAC, partner with Global stakeholders, be flexible on demands of a Regional role liaising with Global stakeholders and truly reflect a One HR mindset and approach?

As an HR specialist, you will have gained experience of all aspects of the HR.  You will be at the forefront of your industry, understanding best practice and championing new trends.  Confident in our experiences, you will have no problem in communicating these with internal and external stakeholders.

A Client Centric Mind-set

Are you a natural Marketer? You will need the ability to write engaging, yet concise presentation content that effectively relays people strategy and transition. Do you enjoy designing and formatting creative PowerPoint presentation decks that captivate your audience and support the change process?

Great Communicator

Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You’ll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important.
