Our Regional Human Resources Business Partners are critical members of our HR management team. They ensure interpretation, alignment and execution of the People Strategy. At the same time, they deliver and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the business.
Due to internal upward mobility, we are now looking for a Regional HR Business Partner who will spend much of their time with one our key multi-region accounts whilst also providing support to other regional accounts and projects.
What this role involves:
Service Quality
Provide regional subject matter leadership, and serve as a business partner for JLL employee related matters on the account in the region to continuously standardize and improve human resources practices which consist of but not limited to:
- Deploying Employee Engagement, Talent retention and Succession planning programs
- Overall People Plan & Goal setting – co-create in line with global P&G account HR strategy, JLL APAC Hr strategy and support implementation
- Employee Relations
- Recognition Program
- Progress BAU employee life-cycle processes including not limited to - Resourcing, Talent, L&D and Compensation & Benefits cycle in close partnering with the respective SMEs in APAC and in Middle East & Africa.
- Participating in and Delivering on Work Dynamics and Account Inclusion and Diversity strategies
Service Culture
Drive a ‘One Team’ mind-set jointly with the CRM/Leadership team on the account in the region and continual coaching support within team.
Reporting
Ensure clear, consistent reporting for client QBRs and any other internal reporting requirements on the account in the region. Leverage JLL People dashboards, as first point of reference, where possible.
Data analytics
Using data to show statistical trends, telling the story of our progress and areas of focus using people information.
Trusted advisor
Trusted advisor to Leadership team and employees on the account in the region.
Change Champion
Strategically guide and support through continuous change management and provide creative/innovation solutions to support savings mandate on the account in the region.
Other accounts - APAC
The HRBP will act as an advocate of the wider function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the account, including but not limited to leading on Transformation, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Reward, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

Inspiring Leadership
Are you an inspiring business leader? Exactly why we are interested in you! Your technical HR expertise will come from a fast-paced HR function. You will have leadership experiences in a country or large business scale, preferably where you have implemented a People Strategy. Articulation of your people and relationship management skills will be no problem to you (in both English and your native tongue).
Seasoned HR practitioner
As an HR specialist, you will have gained experience of all aspects of the process. You will be at the forefront of your industry, understanding best practice and championing new trends. Confident in your experiences, you will have no problem in communicating these with internal and external stakeholders.
