Human Resources Senior Executive
Description
We are looking to employ an HR Executive with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR Executive is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organisational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process in close collaboration with hiring managers
- Handle all staff movement pertaining to recruitment, confirmation and transfer. This includes on boarding of new hires and off boarding of existing staff
- Create, updating and maintaining record of personnel files
Training
- Coordinate course registration, confirmation and post-training evaluation
- Liase with government agenciesand schools for course administration
- Disseminate courses that are relevant to respective Head of Departments
- Maintain updated records of all employees in-house and external trainings
Others
- Process overtime submission of staff on a monthly basis
- Liase with government agencies such as MOH, AIC, SNB for professional certification matters
- Undertake assignments and projects as and when required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (intermediate/Advance level)
- Strong administrative skills, with good attention to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences at all levels, in both written and verbal forms
- Good team player, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Strength of character, able to maintain strict confidentiality and trustworthy
- IHRP Certification Preferred
