Human Resources Senior Executive
Description

We are looking to employ an HR Executive with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR Executive is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organisational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Recruitment 

  • Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process in close collaboration with hiring managers 
  • Handle all staff movement pertaining to recruitment, confirmation and transfer. This includes on boarding of new hires and off boarding of existing staff 
  • Create, updating and maintaining record of personnel files 

Training 

  • Coordinate course registration, confirmation and post-training evaluation 
  • Liase with government agenciesand schools for course administration 
  • Disseminate courses that are relevant to respective Head of Departments 
  • Maintain updated records of all employees in-house and external trainings 

Others 

  • Process overtime submission of staff on a monthly basis 
  • Liase with government agencies such as MOH, AIC, SNB for professional certification matters 
  • Undertake assignments and projects as and when required. 
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (intermediate/Advance level) 
  • Strong administrative skills, with good attention to details 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences at all levels, in both written and verbal forms 
  • Good team player, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role 
  • Strength of character, able to maintain strict confidentiality and trustworthy
  • IHRP Certification Preferred

The total working hours is 44 hours per week Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows: 8.30 am to 5.45 pm (Monday Friday, 1-hour break inclusive)
