Human Resources Business Partner (Guardian)
Description
  1. Responsible for delivering excellent Team Member experience and the people plan.
  2. Collaborate with the HR Services, Resourcing and L&D teams to adequately support the business.
Responsibilities
  1. Partner function heads and line managers to provide advisory on all people related agenda.
  2. Work with stakeholders in workforce management to identify and develop plans to meet business needs.
  3. Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances effectively within timeline.
  4. Coach and educate the line managers to enforce good people practices that are aligned to the company policies, SOPs and government regulations.
  5. Stay abreast with trends and metrics to identify and develop solutions on talent attraction and retention.
  6. Work towards the employer of choice with DFI values ingrained in every team member and increase positive team member experience.
  7. Ensure KPIs are met as committed in the people’s plan.
  8. Seek feedback and monitor stakeholder satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement, customer service mindset and do the right things.
  9. Participate in projects, where required.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with hands-on exposure in at least 2 HR functions. Possess IHRP certification.
  2. Strong in administration & organising and savvy in using Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint.
  3. Good working knowledge of the employment laws for local and foreign labour requirements.
  4. A self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset.
  5. Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
