Description
  • Administer a smooth onboarding and exit process for new hires and resignees
  • To coordinate training and development activities for employees
  • To manage HR administration which include probation completion, issuing employment certification letters, confirmation letters, etc
  • To assist and support in internal and external audit
  • Work Pass administration
  • To ensure accurate records in the HRIS & Leave Management System
  • To administer and support the Compensation and Benefits which include performance appraisal, full spectrum of payroll function to ensure accuracy in the monthly payroll processing, etc
  • To manage and administer Skills Future claims and absentee payroll
  • To support the HR Manager on strategic planning of HR work to align with the Management’s direction
  • To support the HR Manager to create an Employee Excellence experience and work environment
  • To Support the HR Manager on internal employee policies, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition as well as learning & development
  • To ensure policies are aligned with the regulations
  • Office administrative tasks such as pantry management, inventory management and supplier management
  • Answer landline enquiries when required
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelors Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • IHRP Certification preferred
  • Meticulous, responsible, and high level of integrity
  • 1-2 years of HR & Admin experience
  • Payroll Experience is a plus
