Description
- Administer a smooth onboarding and exit process for new hires and resignees
- To coordinate training and development activities for employees
- To manage HR administration which include probation completion, issuing employment certification letters, confirmation letters, etc
- To assist and support in internal and external audit
- Work Pass administration
- To ensure accurate records in the HRIS & Leave Management System
- To administer and support the Compensation and Benefits which include performance appraisal, full spectrum of payroll function to ensure accuracy in the monthly payroll processing, etc
- To manage and administer Skills Future claims and absentee payroll
- To support the HR Manager on strategic planning of HR work to align with the Management’s direction
- To support the HR Manager to create an Employee Excellence experience and work environment
- To Support the HR Manager on internal employee policies, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition as well as learning & development
- To ensure policies are aligned with the regulations
- Office administrative tasks such as pantry management, inventory management and supplier management
- Answer landline enquiries when required
Qualifications
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in HRM or equivalent
- IHRP Certification preferred
- Meticulous, responsible, and high level of integrity
- 1-2 years of HR & Admin experience
- Payroll Experience is a plus
