Position title
HR Senior Executive

This is a 2-year contract position, convertible to a permanent role subject to the performance and department’s requirements.


The incumbent will support in the following areas

  • Support a broad spectrum of HR operational activities including but not limited to talent acquisition and management, on-boarding and exits, employee database management, leave benefits administration and process documentation
  • Prepare job advertisements for talent attraction and employer branding
  • Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, talks etc.
  • Liaise with Schools to manage internships and traineeships
  • Prepare salary proposals ensuring salary benchmarking and internal comparison ratio
  • Maintain accurate HR database records and update employee records
  • Coordinate exit interviews and prepare notes for management’s review
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides for monthly staff meetings and facilitate the sessions
  • Familiar with the procurement process to source suitable service providers such as Recruitment agencies and job portals
  • Support and execute HR initiatives and transformation projects
  • Analyse HR data to furnish quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders’ review
  • Effective application of HR policies, standard operating procedures and service delivery in accordance with governance compliance and organisation policies
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human resource management or other related disciplines.
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
  • A good working understanding and practical application of the Singapore Employment Act, related legislation and Human Resources operations
  • Strong writing skills and detail-oriented.
  • At least 2-3 years of talent acquisition working experience in recruitment (in-house/agency), able to manage a high volume of transactions
  • An appreciation of governance/protocols related to the Public / Social Service Sector is required
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT).
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and/or Power BI to prepare analytical reports would be an added advantage
  • Ability to adapt and maintain good professional work relationships with peers, employees, and internal/external stakeholders
  • A strong team player with a positive work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills, communication and influencing skills
  • High degree of soft attributes in the areas of confidentiality, maturity, professionalism and discretion.
