Executive, Group Rewards
Description

The Executive, Group Rewards is involved in the process for payroll, income tax reporting, Human Resources Information System, Human Resources policies and reporting and provide support in the Group Rewards function, which will include performance management and rewards projects.

Responsibilities

Rewards & Performance Management

  • Support in the annual performance appraisal reviews including confirmation appraisal reviews
  • Support in the annual salary and bonus review cycle
  • Assist in rewards market surveys and benchmark the best practices to attract, reward and retain talent
  • Responsible for the management and administration of the Employee Benefits Insurance programme by partnering with the insurance broker
  • Prepare salary proposals for identified hires by conducting market benchmarking
  • Involved in the forecasting and budgeting of manpower personnel cost
  • Support in the delivery of rewards activities and projects
  • Reponsible for existing and new staff welfare initiatives such as long service award event and staff recreational activities

Payroll

  • Handle payroll administration, resolve issues and address questions related to payroll policies and procedures to ensure staff are paid in accordance with agreed employment terms and conditions
  • Responsible for monthly CPF submissions, annual IRAS reporting and ad-hoc withholding tax and tax clearances for foreign employees
  • Prepare GL costing reports for submission to Group Finance
  • Support in the annual financial audit exercise

HRIS

  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the HRIS (Prosoft) system
  • Responsible for the annual closing of leave and claims in the HRIS system
  • Maintain and handle the claims and leave code settings where necessary

Others

  • Responsible for the maintenance and updating of HR policies and manuals
  • Perform statistical analysis and reporting on manpower, employee headcount and other HR metrics
  • Support in any audit-related matters
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

- IHRP Certification Preferred
