Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies in the recruitment of both APOs and SOs
- Review existing recruitment strategies to ensure relevance to current markets
- Initiate and implement large scale recruitment events
- Develop and maintain strong relations with AETOS’ subsidiary companies to understand their manpower requirements and strategic partners such as advertising agencies, People’s Association/ CDCs for recruitment events
- Develop a pipeline/ network of contacts to identify potential sources of candidates
- Monitor the effective utilization of the allocated recruitment budget
- Coordinate with both Corporate Communications Branch and subsidiary companies on branding and recruitment outreach efforts
- Review case-by-case applications that do not fulfill all recruitment criteria
- Review existing processing workflows and procedures to ensure compliance
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in a similar capacity. Preferably with mass recruitment experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Excellent analytical skill and leadership
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful and be able to multi-task.
- Positive mindset and strong initiative in continuous improvement
- Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- IHRP Certification Preferred
