Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies in the recruitment of both APOs and SOs
  • Review existing recruitment strategies to ensure relevance to current markets
  • Initiate and implement large scale recruitment events
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with AETOS’ subsidiary companies to understand their manpower requirements and strategic partners such as advertising agencies, People’s Association/ CDCs for recruitment events
  • Develop a pipeline/ network of contacts to identify potential sources of candidates
  • Monitor the effective utilization of the allocated recruitment budget
  • Coordinate with both Corporate Communications Branch and subsidiary companies on branding and recruitment outreach efforts
  • Review case-by-case applications that do not fulfill all recruitment criteria
  • Review existing processing workflows and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in a similar capacity. Preferably with mass recruitment experience.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical skill and leadership
  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful and be able to multi-task.
  • Positive mindset and strong initiative in continuous improvement
  • Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
