HR Executive (Employee Affairs)
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily HR duties such as On-boarding/Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation, etc
  • Administer employee’s records and ensure required personal documents are in place
  • Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card, and other required ID card processing
  • Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment, resignation, etc along with respective administration
  • Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances
  • Provide response to employee’s enquires on HR-related matters
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to facilitate payroll processing
  • Prepare HR reports and meeting related material
  • Contribute to the Process Improvement Project, events, function, etc
  • Provide support on HR initiatives
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when being assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience referred
  • Experience in the Security Industry advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experienced Unit4 Prosoft and SAP HR user/administrator preferred
  • Meticulous and resilient on high volume assignments
  • Highly adaptable to change in a dynamic working environment
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive mindset
  • Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
