THE SEARCH: CANDIDATE MANAGER

We are searching for a Candidate Manager to join a growing team of recruitment, talent, and human resources professionals. Engaging and attracting the right people is a critical component to building a successful team and business. You will be responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates who fit the needs of our clients across a variety of roles such as marketing, finance, sales, and customer success within high-growth businesses.

This role will work closely with the Client Director to deliver quality candidates to clients. This individual must be a builder of businesses and people – someone who comes to work every day with a growth mindset and enjoys working with a diversity of businesses. The researchers at Accela play a critical role in developing our candidate pipeline as well as providing a positive candidate experience from the onset.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and attract high quality candidates, using a range of direct sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking etc.
  • Screening and assessment of potential candidates
  • Provide quality communications and good service throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for both current and future requirements
Qualifications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Hard-working with a “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • One to two years of experience in a recruitment role, either in house or in agency
  • Confident and savvy networker
  • Limitless energy and enthusiasm
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Personal drive and passion for a variety of industries
  • CEI certified
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
