人工智能在人力资源职位招聘中出现的次数呈上升趋势,近年来几乎翻倍增长。精深技能发展局和人力资源专才学会最近联合公布的人力专才调查报告显示,过去五年,越来越多本地人力资源招聘岗位要求应聘者掌握人工智能应用(AI Application)技术。这类需求从2021年的466个增长到2022年的918个,增幅达97%。
