As a HR Consultant, you will assist Project Leads/ Directors in executing projects in the following areas:
• Provision of HR advisory services to clients on employment terms and conditions
• Measurement of employee engagement and culture
• Development of competency frameworks (core and functional)
• Development of performance management policies and processes
• Development of learning and development policies and processes
• Development of career management policies and processes
• Development of recruitment policies, processes and assessment methods
• Development of compensation and benefits structure
• Development of talent management policies and processes
Minimum 3 years of experience in reviewing policies, processes,
structures in at least 2 of the following HR domain areas: competency
development, performance management, learning and development,
career development, compensation and benefits, recruitment and
selection
• Experience in implementing organisational development (OD)
interventions will be at an advantage
• Resilience and tenacity
• Self-starter, self-motivated with a lifelong learning and growth mindset
• Team-player with good people management skills including clear
communications and ability to establish rapport and trust
• Intrapreneurial – strong sense of ownership and responsibility, willing
and eager to try new things, courageously questions the status quo when
appropriate
• Numerate with strong analyticalskills
• Experience in analysing datasets using SPSS or Intermediate MS Excel will
be an added advantage
