Appointment during Project Tenure: Project Member

Grades Upon Placement - Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant Director

Project Tenure : 6-12 months depending on project progress

Responsibilities

- Design and set up policies, processes and IT systems in the areas of manpower budgeting, compensation & benefits, HRIS, performance management and shared service operations

Qualifications

- At least 10 years of hands-on relevant experience in human resource policy design, implementation & operations, ideally in a start-up environment

- Able to design and implement compensation (salary & benefits structure and annual reviews), performance appraisal system & HRIS

- Traits: Able to navigate ambiguity, digital-savvy, analytical and numeracy skills, communications and interpersonal skills

- Willing to start as Project Hire leading to permanent placement

- IHRP Certification Preferred
