Appointment during Project Tenure: Project Member
Grades Upon Placement – Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant Director
Project Tenure : 6-12 months depending on project progress
- Develop & implement strategies to attract, source, head-hunt, place new hires with speed and quality.
- Develop & implement employer branding and talent pipeline for the long term needs of the organization.
- Develop & implement organization and job structure (descriptions and competency) with line managers, monitor/track manpower plans.
- Develop & implement on-boarding programmes, talent management related programmes.
- Competent and confident in hiring people of managerial grade and above, within a tight timeline
- Communications and interpersonal skills, strong drive to fulfill hiring targets.
- Willing to start as Project Hire leading to permanent placement
- IHRP Certification Preferred
