You will support the Manager, Human Resources or the designate in the following:
- Compensation Administration
- Payroll administration: according to set schedules, and error-free
- The preparation and the administration of the annual salary and bonus reviews
- Manpower Budget projections and analyse monthly utilisation.
- Monthly Reconciliation of Manpower General Ledger VS Payroll report
- HR Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Preparation and submission of government surveys
- Support HRIS Projects
- Leave Benefits Administration and Analysis
- NS & pro-family leave administration
- All SINDA leave administration and analysis
- Adhoc Project Support
- Support the needs of SINDA HR as and when required
- HR Diploma/Degree from a reputable institution. IHRP-CP certification / GDHRM will be considered a plus.
- A good working understanding and practical application of the Singapore Employment Act, related legislation and Human Resources operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in payroll processing. Lifecycle activities, Government survey submission experience, would be an advantage.
- An appreciation of governance/protocols related to the Public / Social Service Sector
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel) and hands-on experience using any HR software / Payroll system.
- High level of comfort and accuracy in working with numbers and details.
- Other required attributes would be: interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders, good verbal and written communications skills, able to work independently and in a team in a fluid work environment.
