We are looking for an experienced, versatile and self-motivated HR professional to join our HR team.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a broad spectrum of HR functions.
- Keep abreast of the line divisions’ needs and build trustworthy relations with them to develop and implement HR strategies that align with their plans, objectives and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to MCCY family on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures from leadership appointments, compensation & benefits to performance management, for effective HR issue resolution, people management and good compliance.
- Manage job grades and structures that aids MCCY in capacity building and manpower planning.
- Support and lead HR projects and initiative as required.
Work Experience and Knowledge
- At least 4-7 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or similar role in both public service and private sector.
- Knowledge of Employment Act, Civil Service Instructional Manual, and other employment related legislations.
- IHRP certified preferred

- Ability to advise stakeholders on job design and apply appropriate job grading methodologies to ascertain job grades within the organisation structure.

This is a 1-year contract post, subject to renewal.
