As a Regional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take charge of the end-to-end talent acquisition process across all levels of seniority and develop creative talent sourcing strategies for our regional team based in Singapore. To recruit the best fit talents for Ninja Van, you will source, screen and ensure we have a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also proactively identify, attract and network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand.

  • Manages end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing to Evaluations to Offer, ensuring candidate quantity and quality. As a senior professional, the incumbent is expected to work on complex roles, through deep understanding of business requirements
  • Key stakeholder management - ensure a solid cadence of communications and provide a high touch level of partnership with the hiring manager. The incumbent is expected to provide consultation to stakeholders on on talent strategy/market strategy and effectively manage difficult stakeholders
  • Ensure a qualified slate of candidates through engagement of passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Review and improve recruitment methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
  • Represent Ninja Van's Employer Branding with candidates and actively maintains positive candidate experience
  • Manage third party relationships with external vendors
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data management in the relevant systems and uses data to diagnose recruitment problems/report recruitment performance
  • Drive regional recruitment projects across SEA
  • At least 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and value chain, with good knowledge of recruitment strategy and key metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
  • Deep domain knowledge of talent market and team recruitment strategy and Ninja Van's overall business strategyGood ability to pull and analyse recruitment related data to form actionable insights
  • IHRP Certification Preferred
