- Prepare relevant new hire paper work i.e. letter of acceptance, welcome onboard message on intranet
- Create new hires account in the various IT Systems
- Verify, record and maintain to ensure the employee data is accurate in HRIS, i.e. bank account, shift patterns, leave approvers, organisation, assignment and etc
- Create new hires personnel file and ensure that all documents are filed in an accurate and timely manner
- Purchase inventory for HR department like PPE and stationaries
- Involve in new HR system migration from Prosoft to Oracle Cloud
- Prepare monthly payroll processing for interns and KETs
- Review monthly payroll related information, i.e new hire document for payroll processing
- Prepare all HR related letters, i.e. confirmation, transfer, certify letter and etc.
- Timely submission for government paid leave claim, i.e GPML, GPCL,GPPL and etc
- Generate monthly and ad hoc report as and when required
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- Good team player
- Proficient in IT applications/software (MS office, any HR software)
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff as well as external parties such as vendors
- IHRP Certification Preferred
