Position title
HR Executive/Assistant
  • Assist in recruitment activities & employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Manage the Company's internship programs and other Talent Management initiatives
  • Plan & organize employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource records and documentation through SharePoint and HRMS
  • Handle administrative matters
  • Any other adhoc duties & projects as assigned by the Management
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in common HR practices and Employment Act
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
