Human Resources Executive
Responsibilities
  • provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff insurance, employee relations, and HR related projects 
  • plan and coordinate staff welfare activities  
  • maintain and update employee records on a timely basis 
  • handle all work pass related transactions, and filing of tax clearance for foreign employees who have resigned 
  • handle the administration of the recruitment process, including drafting and updating of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, screening and filtering of candidates, and arranging interviews 
  • liaise with overseas payroll agents for all HR related functions for the Company’s overseas offices 
  • assist in updating HR policies and procedures and the SIAC Employee Handbook  
  • assist in preparing annual HR budget  
  • maintain staff benefits utilisation records and training records 
  • maintain proper filing and archiving of documents 
  • undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time 
Qualifications
  • degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years of relevant HR operations experience 
  • IHRP Certification will be an added advantage  
  • strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act; familiarity with labour laws and practices in India/ China / Korea will be an advantage  
  • people-oriented, positive, and self-motivated  
  • good communication and interpersonal skills  
  • a good team player who is able to work independently
