- provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff insurance, employee relations, and HR related projects
- plan and coordinate staff welfare activities
- maintain and update employee records on a timely basis
- handle all work pass related transactions, and filing of tax clearance for foreign employees who have resigned
- handle the administration of the recruitment process, including drafting and updating of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, screening and filtering of candidates, and arranging interviews
- liaise with overseas payroll agents for all HR related functions for the Company’s overseas offices
- assist in updating HR policies and procedures and the SIAC Employee Handbook
- assist in preparing annual HR budget
- maintain staff benefits utilisation records and training records
- maintain proper filing and archiving of documents
- undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time
- degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years of relevant HR operations experience
- IHRP Certification will be an added advantage
- strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act; familiarity with labour laws and practices in India/ China / Korea will be an advantage
- people-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- a good team player who is able to work independently
