Assessment & Insights

The Assessment & Insights (ASI) team, which you will be a part of, oversees the end-to-end business operations for the national HR certification and multiple Human Capital (HC) projects on behalf of government agencies and statutory boards. Products & Solutions

The Products & Solutions (PS) team, which you will be a part of, oversees the end-to-end business operations for the national HR certification and multiple Human Capital (HC) projects on behalf of government agencies and statutory boards. Engagement Team

The Engagement and Outreach team, which you will be a part of, is the business development and partnership function of IHRP that drives engagement and outreach to the HR and business communities in support of Human Capital development and building the pipeline that will ultimately lead to conversion.

Responsibilities

 You will be responsible to:

  1. Drive engagement with HR practitioners and corporate clients to increase adoption rates of the IHRP Certification and other products and services such as HCDT, CPP, etc
  2. Develop strategies and the implementation of initiatives to drive demand for IHRP products and services.
  3. Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, institutions and other partners across the HR landscape to positively impact company’s objectives.
  4. Track and monitor metrics for measuring the level of engagement with customers, stakeholders and partners.
  5. Liaison and support secretariat duties for the IHRP Engagement & Outreach Committee.

 

Requirements

  1. Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualifications in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, engagement, and/or partnerships preferred.
  3. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
  4. Ability to manage projects with many moving parts within a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
  5. Strong networking skills and proactive in building relationships with partners.
  6. Strong written communication skills for producing high quality content.
  7. Knowledge of the HR Ecosystem preferred.
  8. Basic digital marketing skills using CRM tools preferred.
