Job Description

We are a Government-funded start-up with the goal to be the leading organisation in Singapore to set the HR standard of excellence, be a voice of the HR profession, and bring about change for human capital development.

The Assistant Manager reports to the Manager – Candidate Experience. The incumbent will assist the Manager in leading the accounts conversion programme and ensuring an efficient and smooth customer service delivery process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue Pending Applications and encourage applicants to continue with their certification journey. Conduct follow up calls to applicants to render support and guidance in completing their applications
  • Follow up calls to Re-Assessment candidates to encourage them to take up re-assessment of paper/s to complete their certification. Provide them with information such as available dates for reassessment and prep workshops, etc
  • Work with the team to convert SFw prospects such as calling up prospects to encourage them to come onboard IHRP certification
  • Adhoc assignments to support the team and Head of Department

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in business, marketing or its equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Customer service work experience is an added advantage

Product Innovations & Insights

The Product Innovation and Insights team oversees the end-to-end business operations for the national HR certification and multiple Human Capital (HC) projects on behalf of government agencies and statutory boards. These include projects aimed at establishing the current state of HC maturity in organisations and initiatives to strengthen the HR profession in Singapore through training and skills development.

Professional Practices & Community

The Professional Practices and Community team champions the setting and upholding of the gold standards in HR by implementing the IHRP Professional Certification Framework and promoting public confidence in the standards of HR professionals certified under IHRP.

  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – Develop and maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework, HC playbooks/tools/platforms, content and programming to uplift
    HR capabilities
  • Community Engagement – Establish a close-knit community to reinforce a sense of belonging for the HR community and develop advocacy strategies to enhance HR’s standing in the industry
  • International Partnerships – Establish and maintain partnerships with international HR professional bodies (e.g. CIPD UK, AHRI Australia and SHRM US), enabling IHRP’s standing as
    an internationally recognised authority of HR
  • Content & Thought Leadership – Develop IHRP branded content and undertake/partner on research studies to develop HR thought leadership publications

Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Director of Professional Practices & Community with learning programmes and continuing professional development initiatives to drive capability development of the IHRP certified professionals.

a) Design, develop and manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Learning & Development Programming to uplift the HR capabilities of the IHRP community

  • Establish partnerships with the HR ecosystem to curate content, programmes and activities toprovide programme breadth and depth to the IHRP community
  • Identify Community of Practice (CoP) Champions from IHRP-MP pool and CoP Programme leads to support the roll-out of CoP programmes
  • Lead quarterly CoP programme lead meetings and ensure coordination across the overall CPD programming calendar and resource cascade

b) Manage and maintain the IHRP Learning Management System (LMS), which is a platform that provides digital content and a forum for social learning

  • Liaise with and project manage the LMS vendor
  • Manage user administration, content upload and ensuring smooth user experience on the
    platform
  • Curate and design bite-sized learning modules to offer unique, exclusive content for the IHRP
    community
  • Monitor conversation buzzes and run analysis of the learning consumption patterns, platform
    access and community activities to draw insights to improve content and functionality

c) Manage the engagement of and rapport building with the IHRP community, to better understand their profiles, aspirations and CPD needs

  • Analyse the data from various resource points (e.g. IHRP Connect, CRM portal, community feedback forums, etc.) to understand the persona types, profiles, experience/skills levels and needs of our IHRP community
  • Monitor the CPD fulfilment and tracking of the certified professionals, and support PPC team on recertification value proposition and campaigns
  • Identify, build rapport, and liaise with IHRP certified professionals to identify volunteers for CoP taskforce and other volunteer activities

d) Develop and manage the IHRP-Involve volunteer programme, to offer meaningful opportunities for IHRP certified professionals to give back to the community

  • Create a set of guiding principles to guide the evaluation of volunteer project requests (i.e. prioritise demand and meet the best interests of our community)
  • Manage the volunteer programme and supply vs. demand matching
  • Define and track the learning objectives, business outcomes and success metrics for the project and overall programme
  • Manage budget, programme admin and programme finance requirements

e) Additional support for PPC key activities

  • Co-manage the query response on the IHRP community mailbox and monitor the chatter on IHRP Connect (IHRP’s mobile learning platform) to identify common themes and develop/update the FAQ document
  • Support the PPC team with managing a community of 2,200 and growing certified professionals by driving account creation and content curation/posting on IHRP’s mobile learning platform (IHRP-Connect)
  • Provide secretariat support Professional Practices Committee quarterly meetings and CoP Taskforce Meetings (if applicable)
  • Support the PPC team to conduct Code of Professional Conduct (CoC) investigations for the Discipline Committee (as applicable)

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Approximately 2-4 years of work experience in Learning & Development and HR
  • Prior experience with design, development and delivery of multi-modal learning & engagement programmes (preferred)
  • A relevant degree in human resources and certification in DACE and/or ACTA or ACLP is desirable

Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Professional Practices & Community with content development and communications initiatives to drive engagement with IHRP certified professionals.

a) Develop and rollout of Content Strategy and Thought leadership

  • Support the Head of PPC in researching HR hot topics and updating the IHRP Content Strategy
  • Manage the IHRP Content Resource inventory, including researching, curating and uploading new content, maintaining the catalogue of resources, analysing consumption patterns, etc.
  • Lead the implementation of the IHRP content strategy through research and development of high quality, engaging content pieces (e.g. articles, blogs, etc.)
  • Develop IHRP hosted surveys on HR-relevant perspectives and draft publication report
  • Draft up content for IHRP management’s timely response to media headline articles and queries
  • Actively identify, build rapport, and liaise with a select group of IHRP certified professionals to serve as key opinion leaders to represent IHRP on media queries, magazine features and conference speaking engagements
  • Support the Head and Assistant Director of PPC with the annual Think Tank event, which includes event preparations, liaising with the event planning vendor, invitation to participants, developing the theme and content, identification of subject matter experts/speakers and
    event programme management activities

b) Establish event partnerships and project manage programme execution

  • Support Head of PPC and CPD Programming lead in liaising with programme and event partners to host IHRP webinars, learning journeys and learning events
  • Research and develop event synopsis, as well as project manage and coordinate the activities for the event (e.g. developing the EDM, managing registrations, analysing post event feedback, liaising with partners and speakers, etc.)
  • Lead the IHRP post-event write-up (e.g. post on IHRP Connect and collaborate with the Engagement & Outreach team to post the content to the IHRP newsletter, website and social media updates)

c) Promote Recertification Value Proposition

  • Identify, build rapport, and liaise with select IHRP certified professionals to serve as ambassadors/influencers to help promote the recertification value proposition
  • Support PPC team with rolling out the recertification campaigns and activities, including building recertification FAQs and marketing collateral
  • Support PPC team with recertification process, including monitoring CPD fulfilment and conducting audits of 10% of CPD records submitted

d) Additional support for PP key activities

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate with good internship experience or 0-1 years of experience in a professional services environment
  • A strong writer with good research synthesis skills and a flair for writing
  • Experience or project exposure to research analysis, written communications, event planning and community engagement
  • A relevant degree in human resources is desirable
